So first of all I’ve stayed at ritz Carlton Abama which was perfect then last time stayed at terraza de Abama which again was great then this time on booking I was emailing your bookings team and they were responding until I asked for a note to be left in the room and asking to book the kids tent and nothing back , then on arrival the woman didn’t seem to know what was going on and I do believe she was new at her job and nervous so that’s fine , I stated my car was parked in kids camp and my son would be attending there she then booked me in took deposit made note of kids tent for me etc no problems until in my room and time to drive back down and get my son from kids camp and can’t enter car park as permission not given on electric key , so that was an inconvenience , then we all back in the room I try to make a frofy coffee and bugs and what looked like insect eggs came out of the coffee machine which I have photos of ! So I cleaned and didn’t use the milk frofer again ,I found a sharp piece of glass which I have a picture of that was by the tv in front room and thank god none of my kids has hurt them self on it ! then on checking out I have something I had already paid for in advance added to my bill for some reason and soon telling staff about the insects in coffee machine they didn’t seem apologetic or bothered , I then asked can I leave my vehicle in car garage until leaving later that day as my baby and son wanted to play at the pool , they said yes no problem the electronic key will work etc , later walked up the massive hill with my son got to garage only for the key not to work and had to phone reception explain everything go through details and wait for key to be added again , I just don’t feel this is all good enough for a resort of this calibre !
