Had a great time with my family!

Clean except the bathroom sink had problems draining the water. Pool and hot tub is great except the music is too loud? We barely hear ourselves when I am talking to my children!

staff was friendly and competent. common areas were clean and welcoming. however the hotel needs some TLC. new or cleaned carpets, cleaner bathroom floors. Hotel looks dated and in need of update.

The first two nights there were no problems. The property and rooms look good, but there were hidden problems . On the last night all of the electrical outlets, as well as the over head lights blew in my room while I was packing. When I called the front desk the young woman (early 20’s) was getting very upset. She told me she was the only staff member there. She called the manager on call who never called her back. She called plant manager, who also never called her back. But she rose to the occasion. I discovered one outlet in the bathroom that was working and she rigged two lamps so I had some light to finish my packing. I did not sleep at all, concerned that what ever had caused the outlets to blow might be causing an electrical fire in the walls. This morning no one on the staff addressed the issue. I still had no power. When I brought the issue the nonchalant attitude of the reception staff and the morning manger was unbelievable. The manager basically said that they were full so they couldn’t offer me another room and because I paid through ******* they couldn’t offer me a refund but would give me a free night on another stay. After this experience there is no way I would ever stay there again. I truly believe every guest there is at risk. There is no supervisory presence after 5 pm. There is no maintenance for the hotel after 5. The is no guest support after 5 pm. None of the supposed supervisors I spoke with took any responsibility for what happened.
