The staff were kind and very accommodating, making the experience smooth. The location is excellent for a quick stay especially if you need something close to Gubeng Train Station. Clean and well-managed; a solid choice for travelers

Incredible hotel, the staff gave me a wonderful experience especially Andreas and Rich. They were absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Surabaya.

Good hotel. hotel helped me nicely. the facility is overall clean. but toilet and shower room was little bit smelly. But I felt it worths the price.

It is in a great central location in Surabaya, the airport is 30 minutes north and the bus terminal is 30 minutes south. The staff are really nice and incredibly helpful. I stayed in the cabin which is really small, for 1 night it was all I needed, although the bedsheet has a few marks on it. The shared bathroom is decent enough.
