Buon servizio, buona pulizia, cibo di qualità standard, buon trattamento, ottima animazione, servizi (piscina, spiaggia, sala giochi) tutto buono.
Segnaliamo solo che in alcuni turni di lavoro superano le ordinazioni degli snack degli ospiti.... l'hotel è all-inclusive e non riteniamo giusto che vogliano limitarci su cosa e quanto vogliamo mangiare, soprattutto quando stiamo ordinando quantità ragionevoli per il momento.
Altrimenti tutto bene.
Siamo venuti per festeggiare il mio compleanno in Pace e Armonia e l'obiettivo è stato raggiunto.

Questo è il posto più bello in cui siamo stati a Cuba. La spiaggia è bellissima e il personale è molto dedicato e cordiale. L'hotel è molto pulito e aggiornato! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto un'esperienza incredibile. Il posto è meraviglioso. Le strutture sono molto accoglienti che ti fanno venire voglia di restare qui per un mese intero ci ha trattato estremamente bene Il cibo squisito👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Visiteremo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel

Tutto perfetto tranne il cibo, per un hotel a cinque stelle manca molto. Ma ehi, un hotel a 5 stelle a Cuba 😕,

Questo è stato il mio primo viaggio a Cuba ed ero un po' riluttante dato che tutti mi hanno avvertito del "cibo terribile". Chiaramente queste persone non sono mai state al Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort!! La scelta del cibo era ottima e saporita. Ho viaggiato in varie isole e in crociera e il cibo in questo resort era uguale o migliore di alcuni dei posti che ho visitato. Il personale è stato cortese ed educato. La mia camera era immacolata. Questo resort merita le 5 stelle che gli sono state assegnate. Consiglierei questo hotel con tutto il cuore. Tornerò nel prossimo futuro per un soggiorno molto più lungo.

Devo dire che l'hotel è eccellente, molto pulito al top della gamma ma il servizio non è eccezionale non appena siamo arrivati non ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti, è stato un trambusto fare il check-in e Oscar alla reception non era molto cordiale . Alcuni dei lavoratori sono fantastici, ma altri non sono così eccezionali, se come se non volessero servirti, a volte non si sente come un tutto incluso, perché cibo e bevande sono razionati dai dipendenti. Può essere molto più bello se queste piccole cose possono risolversi nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza, l'hotel è impeccabile ma alcuni dei lavoratori non hanno reso la mia esperienza o la mia famiglia il massimo! ! !
