The apartment is on Morro beach 200 meters from the sand and overlooking the sea. It is very close to everything, near the fair, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, 4 seasons hotel, beauty salon.
Garage for 1 car.
Doorman 24 hours.
Elevator.
Note: The building is currently under renovation of the facade. Adorei a estadia, ótima localização, tem de tudo no apartamento, proprietária bem comunicativa. Super recomendo a locação...
Único ponto que pode melhorar é colocar um ventilador no quarto que possui 1 beliche. No mais, tudo conforme as fotos. ÓTIMO
