Oltre alla vista bella e al paesaggio ben manipolato, il Jerai Hill Resort ha un bel ristorante interno e caffè all'aperto che controlla la vista, 1000 metri al di sopra del livello del mare. 3 settimane fa, abbiamo avuto un campeggio con 32 di noi che soggiornano per 2 notti. Grazie al dipartimento di vendita, Puan Amira, che era molto professionale e utile nel rendere il nostro evento di 2 notti senza colpo, è andato senza colpo. Puan Amira è stato anche molto comunicativo durante la nostra prenotazione e l'organizzazione dell'evento. Il servizio di manutenzione e di manutenzione è stato eccellente quando li abbiamo chiamati durante il nostro soggiorno. I pasti (compresa una notte di Steamboat) per il nostro gruppo erano molto buoni e sufficienti. Il personale del ristorante è gentile ed efficiente. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose con servizi di tè/caffee, mini frigo e asciugacapelli. Le denunce comuni del mio gruppo sono che i ventilatori del tetto sono sporchi (non c'è aria condizionata) e le tavole superiori non sono pulite. Non osavano mettere il fan in caso di sporcizia, alcuni dei bagni hanno bisogno di sanità e disinfezione. In generale, tutti noi, godevamo il resort, le loro strutture e i loro servizi. Si consiglia di ospitare un evento o un evento in Jerai Hill Resort.

Need to change the towels, old and smelly. Other than that, everything in the room was fine. There is a swiftlet bird house nearby, non stop 24hours chirping noise that really disturb my sleep and rest (that's why the 3 stars for location). What happen to the 16/7 mart, and restaurant & bar??? A bit inconvenience without the 16/7 mart.

Great hotel and it’s centrally located. It’s nearer to the highway than to the older part sungai petani where the clusters of shops are. Those shops were along the old trunk road slightly away from the NS Highway. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Sky bar well designed, except the red color lanterns which looked like left over of Chinese new year decorations? Some pretty outdoor lights would be much better in my view. Overall a great stay. Oh breakfast was good at MYR 25 per person.

What a great bargain. Booking at last minute and i manage to secure the hotel at great affordable price. Good looking hotel and well-decorated.
The hotel is in good condition, equipped with flat tv, mini chiller, room slipper, water bottle, nescafe and sugar, body wash, tooth brush and tootpaste.
