房間很乾凈，在一個小院，全部是一樓，附近沒有開發，幾乎沒什麼玩的，村裡也很少人，好在民宿有條小溪，風景很好，也有塊草坪，還有一個室外茶藝桌可以泡茶，因為在山裡不可避免有好多昆蟲闖進房間，還好阿姨及時解決了。附近沒有任何外賣，吃的也很不方便，免費的早餐還行。

Il responsabile riceve il pollo di caramelle bene. Il soggiorno è stato relativamente notturno. Il responsabile è molto intimo per aiutarci a gestire il soggiorno. L'ambiente è molto comodo. Potete parcheggiare sotto. Non preoccupatevi dei problemi di parcheggio. La stanza dell'hotel è più comoda e l'aria condizionata è abbastanza piacevole. La colazione e il cibo preferito è bianco, Sento che questo sapore è stato mangiato solo quando era piccolo. Ti piaceva scegliere questo hotel tranquillo e comodo 🏨

LLead with compassionPleasantly surprise to find this hotel and quickly booked for my family Guangzhou trip. Like what others hv shared, they have high service standard. I gave a call one day early to ask for more info as my daughter would check in earlier in the afternoon and the rest of us only reach in wee morning. When we arrived, the front desk quickly completed the check in to allow us to rest early. The next day, the front desk even shared the hotel wechat link with us and shared the places to visit and popular restaurants that we should go during our stay.
The room is clean and any requests were promptly acceded to. I seldom have to wait more than 5 min for the staff to knock on the door to provid what we have requested.
The location of the hotel is really good as it is near Jiangnan Xi Metro which easily connect you to many places of interest (e.g..Shamian, Beijing Lu, Canton tower). So we ended up taking metro in the 3 days we stayed.
Overall, I would rate this hotel very highly in terms of service standard and location. Appreciate it has fruit stall and nearby shops outside the hotel. It was such a nice stay that my daughter booked the hotel again before she flew back to hongkong.

從入住指引開始，就像是有個私人管家在身邊全程指引，那叫一個清晰明瞭，比我自己的人生規劃都清楚！前台 24 小時服務，這哪裡是前台啊，簡直就是隨時待命的天使團隊！不管我什麼時候去諮詢問題，他們都熱情似火，回覆速度快到我懷疑他們是不是有超能力，能瞬間知曉我所有的需求！
一進房間，我直接被震撼到了！那個大型高清投影，清晰度簡直逆天了，畫面大得感覺我能直接走進電影裏，比私人影院都要厲害一萬倍！房間乾淨整潔衞生到什麼程度呢？我感覺我是住進了無菌實驗室，一塵不染這個詞都不足以形容它的乾淨程度，我甚至懷疑是不是有一羣小精靈在我看不見的時候不停地擦拭着每一個角落！
再説那些免費家電，每一個都像是從未來穿越而來的高科技神器！智能方便的家居設計，讓我覺得自己彷彿置身於科幻電影中的智能豪宅，動動手指就能掌控一切，這哪裡是住酒店，簡直就是在體驗未來世界的奇妙生活！
床品舒適得就像躺在雲朵上，被天使輕柔地擁抱着，我感覺我睡一覺就能直接羽化成仙！柔軟的浴巾，就像用最上等的絲綢精心製作而成，輕輕擦拭一下，彷彿所有的疲憊都被瞬間抹去，比做了頂級 SPA 還要舒服！
空調系統更是絕了，温度調節精準到每一度都像是為我的身體量身定製，不管外面是嚴寒酷暑還是狂風暴雨，房間裏永遠是最舒適的人間仙境！燈光系統也毫不遜色，各種模式隨意切換，亮度和氛圍都恰到好處，比專業的燈光設計師調試得還要完美，感覺每一束光都在為我打造一場專屬的燈光盛宴！
總之，這次的入住體驗堪稱完美無瑕，我簡直找不到任何一個可以挑剔的地方！這家酒店直接封神，我願稱之為酒店界的天花板，誰來住誰知道，住了就不想走！

VVetementsRosewood never disappoints. The highest building in Guangzhou with beautiful views of the Canton Tower and the city. Good breakfasts, with plenty of choice for foreigners. English speaking staff who resolve all issues very quickly. Separately, I would like to highlight the girl from the reception from the pool area named Skye, a very friendly and kind girl.
I lived in this hotel for about a week and got only positive emotions, I recommend it to everyone who travels to Guangzhou. Amazing.

OOsamaFarL'hotel è molto buono, le camere sono pulite e adeguate . È vicino all'aeroporto e la stazione metropolitana vicina (1.5Km) può essere utilizzato per viaggiare in città. Il colazione è anche buono, ma vorrei aggiungere che dovrebbero avere un angolo halal al collo. Ho soggiornato in un centro di vacanza e hanno un angolo halal separato per il colazione dei musulmani.
La navetta aeroportuale non è arrivata per il pick-up dall'aeroporto, anche se li ho chiamati prima di prendere il volo dal mio paese.
L'esperienza complessiva è stata piuttosto buona.

UUtente ospiteThe entire hotel looked stunningly beautiful, despite it outside looking a bit worn down. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were comfortable and pretty. The toilets could use an upgrade though and the caulk of the faucet and showers should be replaced due to mold growth.
But the only downside was breakfast! That was extremely disappointing because we had high expectations due to all the positive reviews. All the foods were not freshly made and bland. I tried some friend noodles but they were dried up to the point that they became chewy and crispy. They ran out of bacon and we asked if it would be refilled. After we finished breakfast, it still wasn't refilled.
All in all, breakfast was NOT worth the money. But the hotel and staff was great enough that I'd go back.

UUtente anonimo**Disappointing Stay and Missed Airport Fetch at Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport)**
I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
