It was expectation/reality experience and the worst hotel during our business trip!
Our flight was delayed and we came at 7AM. We agreed to stay only because we needed to sleep. When I came to reception at 2PM and started to argue, they said “sorry if you want to take your money back you used to quit your room before 12 🤣”. It is not like I just didnt like the interior - it is super old, messy and it has cockroaches!!
We booked 2 rooms and one of this was with the “amazing” view. It was a view to chinese getto!!! Just compare the photos with photos on website and never book it
There are few hotels in the same street which have better conditions in the same price

Bad smell of the cigarette smoke everywhere, absolutely horrendous designer solutions for the bathroom and a tiny room. The view from the room is on the local neighborhood

入住酒店非常滿意，2樓還有一個自助洗衣房、免費提供的，非常方便，酒店是新裝修的，設備都比較新，酒店門口有幾顆樹，開着花，特別好看，廣州花城之城，名不虛傳，前台服務特別好，衞生乾淨整潔乾淨，滿意滿意，給個贊

想來白馬逛街，第一次訂的這裏，房間又破又小還一股味道，服務員説打掃完了不讓通風，所以一股抹布的味道。真的是不會再來了，避雷避雷

Had a pleasant stay, 2/3 things need to rise , they had partion with plywood so if someone talk in passage you will heard clearly , get ready for late night sound ppl packing Inside hotel and I heard 12am the sound off cellophin sound , and my toom which was 4th floor number 409 had smell off washroom if I am not mistaken had some manufacturing issue , so need to open the window at the back,
About staff at hotel nice welcoming , room is clean

I had a very pleasant experience at Xinghe Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Great value for money — I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
