Super recommended place to stay!
Very close to the metro and easy to find. The room is very big and clean. Everything in the room is needed is functioning well and in good condition.
The brother that is at the night shift is very very polite and helpful in helping me get back my wallet which i left in a Didi ride.
The other receptionist staff is also very helpful and willing to help me all the time!
One of the best place to stay in Guangzhou for sure and if i come again, i will stay here again no doubt!

Studio in big building, very close to Tuanyida square station which makes travel around convienient.
There are convenience stores, restaurants, shops nearby, heard that it closes to river bank also too bad we dont have time to take a stroll there.
Spacious room with adequate amenities, new towels and waters provides everyday, how thoughtful the chinese arw compared to condo rent in other countries.
Quick communication with host via ưechat thanks to the translate apps/functions.
Overall, all great and hope to be back soon

Superb service from the hotel. Locatjon too is very strategic. Room doesn’t have smoke smell as well. Very good for those who is bringing infant.

There are several managements renting apartments under the same building. Tuyu management office aka reception is on 3rd floor. Using one of the apartments as an office. Reception area very small. If there is space, may leave luggages after check out.
Apartment totally different from the pictures in website. Minimalist. Simple and clean enough to stay.
All apartments under Tuyu allow smoking even though we booked non smoking. Reception said no such thing as non smoking apartment. Evidence - there is an ash tray in the room.
Washing machine available and in good condition laundry detergent provided.
There is a kitchen but no utensils not even a spoon.
Amenities provided are: Bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, tooth brush, drinking water bottles, tea bags, electric kettle & hair dryer
Daily housekeeping to refill laundry detergent, clean towels, tooth brush, tea bags & drinking water bottle, clear rubbish & basic cleaning.
Cons: Bed is very hard like sleeping on wooden plank. Uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location is super convenient, just 3 minutes away from the Line 2 subway station. Note: this subway station is not accessible so you if you have heavy suitcase, you will need to carry it up/down stairs partially.
It was a little difficult to find at first but you have cross training this alley into the main entrance of the building. There’s a security guard and you need to swipe in with a key card. Check in is on the 3rd floor then you get your room number. The hotel room is more of an apartment style. There’s a stove, refrigerator, and a washing machine. Having a washing machine super convenient but there is no dryer, you have to hang dry your clothes. Lightweight clothes will dry easily in a day.
There is room cleaning everyday and they restock the water bottles. There’s free wifi but you need to connect with a Chinese number. The front desk will help you if you don’t have a Chinese number. Unfortunately, the wifi was terrible during my stay. It wasn’t working half the time, so I was quite disappointed in that aspect. The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful.
Overall: it was a great stay and great for the price. Location is good and staff is friendly. I would stay again~
