The hardware is fine and room quite new and clean, but service is definitely not up to scratch, the reception was always busy and do not go out of way to help or serve you. The breakfast is awful, no clean table, no food at the buffet by 9.20am and just one person serving fried eggs. I had more expectation for this hotel given the reviews. On the upside, it is located in a very convenient location if you are going to the stadium for concert.

I had a very nice stay at the Jinjiang hotel. The hotel was very new and clean and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Generally a good, clean room, close to the metro. I appreciate the strong working heating system (I stayed on a cold December night) and the brass hardware in the bathroom. My only complaint is that the gym was not open in the morning when I wanted to use it.

1.酒店工作人員職業素質差，管理混亂；
2.酒店設施設備陳舊落後；
入住前：剛開始定的時候在線提出一些疑惑，沒有解答直接不回，導致我沒及時預訂；過一個半月後我重新在線諮詢，客服迴應上次在交班所以疏忽，態度還挺好所以我最後預訂了；所以酒店工作人員在交班的時候可以為了着急下班直接忽視工作，內部對員工的考核管理存在漏洞。
入住期間：辦理入住時前台向我們提出方便的話加微信，住得滿意的話給好評；當時沒反應過來加了；後面回想整個邏輯就很奇怪，別的酒店加微信是為了服務我，這個酒店加微信為了我給好評，加了我還要我幹活，簡直看不懂；而且使用的是前台的私人微信，頭像還是裸女的背面，這麼大家酒店如此不正規，連官方微信都沒有，非常隨意。
設施設備：酒店房間冰箱不運轉，我電話聯繫前台説給我找工作人員看，我們期間一直坐等工作人員上門，但一直沒人來，後面打電話詢問，回答“冰箱就是常温的”，震驚人的回答；首先，不派人來，不會電話告知麼？要我們白等，其次這個酒店的冰箱就是擺設，對不起這個房價。
入住後：我們離店後，前台微信我索要給好評；反倒提醒我對其反應整個入住感受；反應後，隔了四小時才給我發一段敷衍回覆，且表示“冰箱有臨時保鮮的功效，沒達到我的温度要求”，且不説你這個説辭與當天電話所説的“冰箱就是常温的”有出入，明顯推卸責任，這種話裡有話的暗示是我自己的問題我要求高，就是這個酒店的服務態度。到底是冰箱壞了你們連叫人來看都懶，還是你們全酒店的冰箱都是常温的，衹有你們自己知道。其後針對我的質疑，這個微信直接不回覆了，加微信就是為了索取好評，對反應情況根本不處理。自私自利的酒店，一切為自己出發，而不是為了服務。

媽媽看刀郎演唱會定的，環境好！離場館特別近！離商場也很近，步行幾分鐘就到，離店時媽媽把現金遺留在房間，酒店第一時間聯繫了我們把現金寄回！真的太謝謝酒店工作人員了！必須好評！！！

酒店地理位置優越，廣州南站地鐵7號線直達。地鐵口出來就是寶能國際體育演藝中心，酒店就在體育中心對面，步行衹需幾分鐘，看演唱會太方便了。酒店樓下不遠就是蓮香樓，喝早茶十分方便，旁邊還有個購物廣場。服務人員熱情有禮，免費贈送了早餐券，並升級了房間。（注意:不想繞遠路的話，演唱會散場原路返回）
