The seventh floor of this building is the international food center, which provides you with all kinds of delicious food. The transportation is very convenient. The second floor of the apartment is the hub of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 and line 2. I absolutely love this hotel! The location is perfect—it's right next to the BTS station, making it super easy to get around. Plus, you'll never have trouble finding good food since there are so many options nearby. It's also close to a big mall and all the main tourist spots. The room itself is fantastic; it's clean, spacious, and has all the necessary appliances. All in all, it's a great deal for the price."

We recently stayed at Cloudy International Apartment (Beijing Road Jiedeng Metropolis Store) and experienced a smooth check-in process. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the room assigned to us did not match the images provided at the time of booking. The condition of the room was unsatisfactory, with visible dirt on the walls and signs of mould.
After bringing this to the attention of the management, we were promptly relocated to another unit. The second room was significantly better — spacious, clean, and more consistent with the photographs advertised during the booking process.
Despite the initial inconvenience, we found the location to be excellent. The apartment is conveniently situated near Beijing Road, with direct access to the Metro station from the B2 level of the same building. There are numerous eateries and shopping options in the vicinity, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area.
In summary, while our stay began with some issues, the responsive service and excellent location helped improve the overall experience.

The room we stay is spacious and clean. The shower water pressure is great. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with the helpful staff via wechat.

Room was super good, service staff very responsive on wechat. If you call them via trip.com they respond very quickly too. On the day of departure I had a delayed parcel and 小跃 was super helpful in helping me locate and passing it to my friend. All of the staff are super helpful honestly, much better than other apartments I've been to. Cleaning staff were super efficient too, we went out to grab breakfast and came back to our room clean.
My only gripe is with the lift taking eternity, but the entire apartment building faces the same issue, so not much choice there if you want this fantastic location and pricepoint.

Great location and very convenient next to Gongyuqian Park. Located in between AMall and Mayflower Plaza.
If you take metro to Gongyuqian station, you can exit from Gate C which is a good exit since there is an escalator to go up and down if you're carrying luggage. F exit is also ok, but no escalators.
Next door the AMall and Mayflower Plaza Mall have a lot of food options, especially the Mayflower Plaza. The location is close to Beijing Road and within a 10 minute walk. The room was spacious and included laundry machine, cooking stove, microwave, and large fridge. Staff was very friendly and very helpful from front desk to housekeeping. Thank you 小跃 and the staff for the friendly gift upon checkout. Would recommend staying here!

Cleanliness and hygiene need to be updated , same as other fittings because really outdated. However, location very strategic and convenient for access. The price worth for the stay in big group.
