衞生滿分，乾淨整潔，床品很舒服平整。
環境滿分，華工在穗石村中老劉水果店進去約15米，也安靜。
服務非常不錯老闆人好，笑嘻嘻的，整個入住過程很快捷。
設施齊全，空調都是新的，雙頻的冷熱自己調。這個價位在穗石村非常有性價比，下次還會選擇入住。不錯！

再次入住酒店環境不錯，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，前台小陳服務貼心，有要求都能儘量滿足，對比周邊性價比高，入住整體很棒

偶然找到這個酒店 性價比比其他的要好很多 還便宜 過來這邊找朋友玩幾天了 住過其他的 真的後悔沒有早點找到這個酒店了環境超好 老闆人也很好 很好説話 衞生超級好 下次過來找朋友玩還要繼續住老闆這裏 兄弟姐妹快點沖🫣

從長隆熊貓出來，想着逛一下科技館，就跑去了大學城！本來想着將就一晚的，本來也沒期待一百多的住店能有什麼驚喜！地鐵站出來，花了十多塊錢滴滴過去，然後自己瞎摸一下找到公寓，大路入小巷十多米吧，也可能是定位準，車就停在小巷入口！第一印象挺一般的，普通樓房改造成的公寓，一層四個房間，外面的走廊暗暗的。住下來後發現挺好的，晚上挺安靜的，出門就可以買到宵夜和一日三餐，房間和廁所也沒見顯眼的衞生地雷（細小的污漬，我沒那個閑情去探尋），廁所和沖涼房一體，顯得比較寬敞，睡覺的時候沒聞到什麼異味，空調製冷也行，老闆也很熱情。美中不足的就是那個房卡，一拿走就斷電，一秒都不等，讓習慣酒店延時的我，好不習慣！我娃的評價就是熊貓酒店9.9分，這個公寓評分7.5（扣2分是因為電視機壞了，老闆説給我換房間，我覺得沒必要，但他因為沒電視看，覺得很不爽！）總的來説，這公寓各方面都很好，衹要不是吹毛求疵的話，這個公寓絕對OK的！這個價格，這個服務已經算高配了！我評論這麼多，是為了讓那些和我一樣，被差評搞得選擇困難的人一個我最真實的想法！

房間大 衞生可以 附近吃飯的地方多 隔音雖然一般但到了晚上還是挺安靜的。（大部分都是來考試的所以房東也會特別叮囑大家安靜）最最主要的是房東特別貼心！來華南理工考試，房東帶着去認了去學校路，就不擔心兩眼一抹黑的找路了，還祝我考試順利。人挺好的！

酒店設施都很齊全而且很新，衞生打掃得也特別乾淨，所處的環境也很好位置很好出行方便，老闆人很熱情友好，下次大學城住酒店還會住這家！！！我提着大包小包不方便上樓老闆給我拎行李還安排一樓很滿意耶，臉洗頭膏沐浴露都是拉芳的有心了，最驚喜的是終於有酒店衞生間不是馬桶了，每次住着都很糟心昨天驚喜的發現採用的是蹲坑不用擔心衞生問題！！！
