設施：房間設施設備很完善 酒店還有洗衣房和健身房 很方便 早餐種類很多 也很好吃
衞生：乾淨整潔 很多衞生死角都有清潔到 很不錯呢
環境：出行方便 靠近市中心 離廣州塔也很近 打車啥的也很方便！！
服務：前台小姐姐服務態度特別好！入住的時候給我們介紹房型，餐廳洗衣房在哪也跟我們説的很明白很貼心，有問題找她們也是很及時的解決，特別友善，看到我們同行有小孩子還會給我們準備小童牙刷，很貼心！！

出差住這兒真的沒踩雷！！地鐵3號線客村站C口出來走兩步就到，晚高峯趕地鐵超方便！海珠萬達商圈周圍全是吃的，樓下就有沙茶麪和腸粉店，深夜餓醒都能找到宵夜（強推那家開了20年的潮汕菜店！！）
房間是城市便捷4.0升級款，床軟得像家裡的床墊！最讓我驚喜的是馬桶會自動升降🤯免費WiFi速度也快，打工人開視頻會議完全不卡頓。早餐種類雖然不多，但煎蛋火腿現做的，豆漿是温的，比便利店強多了！
重點誇誇前台小姐姐！幫忙拿行李時還悄悄塞了我一張商場優惠券，退房的時候提醒我地鐵卡餘額不足，服務細節真的戳中我心巴了～價格才200+住這麼好的地方，性價比吊打同地段連鎖酒店！
下次來廣州出差還住這兒，連住一週我都願意！！

酒店位置方便，樓下就有農貿市場和大大小小的餐館商店，生活很方便。酒店前台服務態度好，辦理入住時爽快的給延長到2點退房。後來退房時把手機拉在酒店，前台工作人員很熱情的幫忙找出來併發送快遞。價格也不貴，房間整潔乾淨，性價比很高

我最近在城市快捷酒店的住宿經歷完全超出了我的預期。從進入大堂的那一刻起，我就被酒店的豪華和專業服務所震撼。接待人員熱情而禮貌，讓我感到賓至如歸。房間寬敞明亮，裝飾精美，每個細節都體現了設計師的用心。床鋪舒適至極，確保了我每晚都有最優質的睡眠。浴室配備了高端洗浴用品，讓人在沐浴時也能感受到奢華。餐飲服務同樣令人印象深刻。早餐選擇豐富多樣，無論是國際美食還是當地特色，都能滿足不同口味的需求。酒店的位置非常便利，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，都極為合適。周邊環境優雅，靠近許多著名的旅遊景點，同時交通也十分便捷。總之，我會毫不猶豫地推薦給朋友和家人，並且期待不久的將來再次光臨。這是一次難忘的旅程，感謝酒店每一位員工的熱情款待和專業服務。

1.走廊電梯公區很老舊，入住的是5樓，非常潮的那種臭味，房間也很潮，有異味
2.空調打開一股腳臭味撲面而來，很難聞
3.我朋友住的4050，300塊錢高級大床房，我住的5010，350的豪華大床房，裝修一模一樣，而且他的房間比我大，我還問了前台，前台説都是一樣的，這一點有點不能接受，多花錢房間還更小，景觀也是0，被棚子擋得嚴嚴實實的
4.浴巾那些用品，很老很舊很粗糙，都不敢用。
總結：應該是很老的酒店，冠名翻新了一下，根子裏還是爛的。是我目前住過最差的一家城市便捷。
5.衞生紙也沒換，洗漱用品我也不想説了，自己看圖吧

第一次來廣州旅遊，這家酒店的服務態度真的沒得説，態度温和有禮貌不會讓人生氣，尤其是點名表揚客房阿姨，看到我們衣服多，在我們外出進行衞生打掃的時候主動提供了多個曬衣架，加分加分。總的來説是一次非常好的住宿體驗，以後也會再次考慮。
