room is of big size and comfortable. nearby beijing road pedestrian street and yue xiu park. The famous liyin rice rolls is nearby only, there are also 7-11 and lawson within walking distance distance

stayed 8 nites in this hotel. Very regrettable. 1st was the cleanliness... stains on the toilet door where clothes r supposed to hang there. 2nd, staff poor attitude & service. Big shower head spoilt after staying for a nite. After servicing, counter staff claimed fully repaired but actually totally spoilt, beyond repair, can only use the smaller one. Shared same lift as the counter staff who simply ignore Big piece of paper on the floor. Smoker in check in counter area, staff also close one eye. Washing machines r not in good condition, in fact 1 completely down. Have to remind staff to paste "out of service" notice on the washing machine. Overall, the hotel is very run down.

It was kinda early when we arrived the hotel.
The receptionist-Xiao Meng was professional and nice to greet us. He offered a free room upgrade in our booking. So lucky that there was a room ready for us to early check in.
The room was clean and tidy. The location of this hotel was good.

Very good location. Was booking early and price was very nice. It self rooms are not new, but for us was fine. Service also nice. We come early after train and room was provided without any problem. Breakfast is in Chinese style and ham or sausages are not in menu, but anyway it is good value for it's money.

Nice & clean hotel near to metro station and Guangzhou railway station. There is a 7- eleven store below and a few restaurants nearby. Recommended!

Not a pleasantly stay for us. Service crews were nice especially the house keeping sister. Amenities need to be improved. And one more thing is the smoke smell in the room which was killing me although we requested for non smoking rooms.
Location was good. Easy to access to many places.

Walking distance to metro station but not many restaurants around the hotel. Staff can be more friendly when greeting guests but the service was acceptable. Good ac in the room but lack ventilation in the bathroom.

The hotel needs to be renovated as the furniture is old, dirty and smelly carpets.
I booked the largest room, which has a small kitchenette, but no kitchen amenities except a water kettle. And there is a small passage way from the living room to the bed area which is consuming a space. So basically, about 35% of the room space is a waste.
