一開始的房間有很大的煙味，聯繫換房但前台沒人，微信消息不回覆，訂房軟件上顯示還有房間，但前台卻説沒房了，衹能加錢換其他房間。我質疑由於衞生問題導致的換房為什麼還要加錢，前台説他問一下老闆，然後一直到凌晨2:00都沒有回覆。在此期間，由於房間味道實在太大，所以我一直在大廳，大廳還沒有開燈一片黑暗。兩點左右遇到了來給客人辦入住的工作人員，這時才換了房間。但新房間衞生依舊很差，沐浴露下面還有上一位客人留下的垃圾。

過來這邊玩在這住了兩天，感覺還是挺舒服的，第二天阿姨也會來打掃房間挺好的，衞生挺乾淨 前台也很好 有什麼問題都會幫我們及時解決

最好既優點係位置方便. 其他不值一提. 首先，上到房，就有一陣霉味，廁所地下一大灘水，廁板係溼，垃圾既袋裝住水. 沖涼企缸入邊的牆身有霉菌. 提供的毛巾係甩曬線. 然後，房間的床都係殘殘舊舊.床頭櫃更加差. 萬幸既係床鋪還算乾淨. 要求換房，但係前台話換唔到. 無辦法，唯有硬食. 印象中呢間公寓舊年係有翻新，但係呢間房絕對無翻新痕跡. 房間同平台的圖片可以話係毫不相干！ 簡直係欺詐！ 不會再有下次！
