Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

預訂之後到入住，經理小姐姐一直在微信跟我聯繫，幫我安排入住。
原本預定了2晚，第二日因突發事件被逼提前結束行程。先生突發疾病，也多謝酒店的及時反應和處理，後續也一直幫我們處理行李，退房的各種問題。後續也一直在關心我們的情況，人間溫暖，感恩至善。
九龍湖的環境很優美，空氣很好，很適合走走逛逛。
下次有機會會再來！

週末帶家人去廣州九龍湖玩了，阿那亞運營方服務挺好的，私人服務顧問思琦美眉全程關懷指導，先是提前通知，發園區攻略和注意事項。想着提前給寶寶過生日，就近訂個蛋糕，結果思琦直接安排客房送我們一個。
到店後，主動幫忙安排停車位，給小朋友送禮物，還有遊樂園門票。
房間很大很豪華，通風很好，住得非常舒服。
園區好大，綠化很好，大片大片草地適合小朋友玩，歐式的街區很適合拍照片凹造型，乾淨的馬路也很適合蹣跚學步的小寶寶到處探索。
酒店附近還有户外運動遊玩的場地，挖沙玩水，攀爬滑滑梯籃球場，非常適合小朋友沉浸式玩耍。
雖説園區還在陸續建設中，很多商業沒開，但是安安靜靜的，人流適中，也挺舒服的。另外，停車管理有待完善，園區觀光巴士若有更多班次就更好了。

很不錯，感謝前台李先生（黑色西裝，姓名兩個字的）的入住辦理，笑容很燦爛，業務水平很高。感謝微信管家Niko，還沒到酒店就已經幫你協調好了，旅行途中有什麼事也可以找他。景區的擺渡車師傅服務態度很好，環湖棧道走晚了以為沒車回酒店，師傅路上發現我們以後也主動捎上了（其實走丟了可以打電話給他們來幫忙接一下），兩天不錯的體驗，好吃好住好玩，無論情侶親子家庭長者都適合來這邊放鬆心情。推薦。

管家貼心的聯繫我們幫我們升級了套房，説實話第一次住這麼大的套房，很不習慣。全程給我們推薦度假區裏面的景點和攻略，同行的朋友生病了全程一直麻煩管家，也一直做好了服務工作。退房的時候還送了小禮品! 天氣好的時候可以跟家人朋友一起出行! 可惜有些地方還沒有開發起來，開發之後感覺是觀星很不錯的地方!
