Friendly staff , good service and environment is great Worth for stay

We had a 1st class experience staying with Yuexiu Hotel Guangzhou (Hilton). Peter Yang your Guest Service Manager had been very hepful and was excellent in giving us the service we will always remember. Certainly we will remember fondly our stay with your hotel and will return once again to enjoy the experience.

Excellent hotel,minor set back.I booked n paid in advance the hotel without breakfasts.Upon checked in,I requested to have breakfasts for 3 certain dates to be paid directly to hotel separately.Unfortunately,on that certain date,when to the restuarant but only to be told by the restuarant staff,that my room does not include breakfasts.When up to the check-in counter on 7th May to verify n was told the same.So decided to have breakfast outside hotel.Did the same on 8th May. But upon check out of hotel on 8th May,they wanted to charge me for 3 breakfasts. I explained to them the whole situation n upon verification,it confirmed my explanation was correct n return the correct deposit dollars to me.

Aurora is great. THe hotel is very conformable and convenience. Service is great especially Aurora.Thanks a lot. Also thanks Sam.Great hotel. Recommend.

I particularly appreciated Steven Huang’s excellent help arranging next day car service on very short notice. He kept me updated on progress and the results gave me peace of mind. Well done, Steven!

Recommend Hotel! - Location : Opposite Yue Xiu Garden - Transport : Not sure about public transport, all transport via taxi. - Staff : Friendly and professional, especially all reception / restaurant / housekeeping / etc (specially to Steven) - Room : Clean, new, tidy - Junior suite : Include Breakfast + Tea Time + Happy Hour

Nice hotel located in the convenient commercial area and adjacent to the beautiful Yuexiu Park.

非常滿意的酒店!特別感謝aurora的安排和幫助！訂單差點定錯日期，幸好小傅及時發現並告知，很細緻周到，感謝！同時還有辦理入住的alan，非常貼心！我們到的比較晚，還幫忙特別安排了延遲退房。無論衞生，服務，酒店設施（房間還有洗衣機，特別方便！戴森吹風機也用的非常舒服），各個方面，每遇到的一位服務人員都非常nice!太感謝了！早餐很棒！

房間面積大、清潔度高、很適合小孩；健身房的設備與還是全面的，設備是很好的品牌.自助早餐的質量也很好！ 也要感謝，退房時，協助放行车辆的值班经理Peter；以及前台Sylvia和Kiya的服务也很好.
