乾淨衞生，不錯，比較舒適，距離碼頭很近，出行方便。地鐵就在附近，坐車也快。

優點：價格便宜，地段還行，該有的東西都有且能用
缺點：設施老舊，吹風機吹一會兒就過熱停機，洗髮水不起泡沫，每次進出必問哪個房間的（見所未見，出門旅遊幾十次，有史以來第一次遇到這種，跟審問嫌疑人似的，有點膈應，喜歡安全係數高的可以選擇，否則慎選，你遇到喝多的或者扶着喝點的人的異常問問情況還行，正常進出還問，你不嫌煩，我嫌煩）

這個房間沒有城市的喧囂，安靜入睡，開窗通風不需要開空調，旁邊的居民樓比較矮不影響採光，特別是旁邊的樓頂很一排排花果樹木盆栽，儼然就是一個空中花園園景房，在廣州的鬧市能有這樣的環境真的不容易，

房間很乾凈，就是有很多蚊子，可能跟廣州天氣有關。共享洗衣機本來很不錯，方便住時間長的客户洗衣服，但衞生問題怎麼解決還要商榷，洗完衣服穿着身上癢，起疹子。
