This is not a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels that look better. Bed is stiff and pillows are flat

Arrived around 11 pm from Renmin station using a Didi, there is a parking lot for the driver to let you off. The staff didn't speak English but she was accommodating and used a translator to ask me about the hotel transfer. There is one an hour and it is a small mini van, it was quick and seamless would stay again.

The room is dirty and lack of airport shuttle services, it only comes every hour for the shuttle bus.

The receptionist was lively, and the room was simple. By simple, I mean that it has everything I need for an overnight stay. Simple and clean.

The customer service at the reception and with the airport transfer was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfy. Kudos to the employees 👏 and the management.

奔波了六個小時的車程到廣州 入住的這家酒店，整個體驗難以想象的差勁 第一 5.2號下午6-7點左右去前台詢問辦理入住，那前台女的一副愛答不理的嘴臉，咱就是説，不想幹了就別幹行不行？我一家老小四口人定的是雙床房 她直接説四個人住雙床房可能不行哦 請問你們酒店在這個軟件上哪裡標註了這個規定了 第二 我已經寫了特殊要求雙床房要高層且非角落房 她直接來一句 高層安排完了，你們衹能住一樓，我請問呢？是誰在攜程上答應了我的特殊要求的 後面我直接對質才給我安排了三床房 還是頭房角落房 這就是你們酒店提供的服務體驗嗎 第三 住酒店停車的問題 我5.2下午入住完要出門，問了前台那女的説停車費怎麼辦 她直接斜了我一眼説要掃碼啊 也不告訴我在哪裡掃碼 我就衹能自己掏錢花了停車費 我請問呢？這就是免費停車的服務嗎 還是説已經涉及虛假宣傳了侵犯了我的權益了呢 給你半顆星 以後任何朋友同事要是點了你家酒店也一樣特殊禮遇哦

我生平第一次負評，廣州白雲轉機所以訂了這酒店休息，一進房間可怕的煙味瀰漫，房間超級潮濕，房間沒有窗戶，在裡頭快要窒息！！！ 可怕是，屋內這片長玻璃朝裡面一看，裡頭居然還有一個空間房間，裡面根本可以躲人透視我的房間一舉一動，太可怕！！！這合理嗎？這房間根本像監獄，是關犯人的吧。 半夜我一個女孩子住這間根本沒有隱私甚至危險，後來我跟前台換房間，前台女生語氣帶嘲諷給我換了房間。 新的房間看起來比較安全點，但浴室洗澡的門居然不見了？ 洗澡水都往外地上噴，整個浴室滿滿都是水… 根本容易滑倒。 浴室上寫警告語拉門動作輕緩！但門在那？？？ 請問不給浴室門是什麼意思？ 電梯還破舊！看起來超不安全！ 女孩子若一個人千萬不要訂這間酒店！！！ 非常危險！！！！！
