The service is truly outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The attention to detail in every aspect of my stay was remarkable. And then there's Mr. Qiu. His professionalism in sales is second to none. He has an uncanny ability to understand exactly what a guest needs and then present the hotel's offerings in a way that is both persuasive and delightful. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it's clear that he takes great pride in his work. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the amenities are top-notch. But it's the people, like Mr. Qiu and the entire hotel staff, who truly make this place special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Kudos to Mr. Qiu and the hotel team for a job well done!

hotel was perfect , nice room view to the river , cleanliness was perfect , location little bit far from the town but easy to access not too much traffic

Absolutely lovely time at Crowne Plaza. We were unexpectedly upgraded and everything from check in to check out was wonderful. The staff at Crowne Plaza Zengcheng go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great hotel with modern and clean facilities. Although the location is not near the centre of Guangzhou, there are restaurants and shops nearby. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for a river view though, it’s nothing special. Check in was also very slow, because of all the people checking in at the same time. Maybe there could be an another check desk to help at busy times?

Actually, it was so far from central area in Guangzhou. For food, I can not suggest you have dinner or lunch in hotel restaurant.
