Daughter left their notebook in the room after we check-out, housekeeping and reception did a good job is following up and sending back the notebook to my daughter. It was hassle free and professionally done by the hotel team. Good work and keep up the good service

The room at this hotel was very comfortable — spacious, clean, and equipped with modern facilities. The delivery robot that brings orders directly to your door was extremely convenient. I also really appreciated that the front desk could receive packages on my behalf and store them safely. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any needs.
The only downside is that the elevator can take a bit longer to arrive, which might be inconvenient for travelers in a hurry. Other than that, it was a great stay overall.

Great hotelier service!
A special thanks to the lovely lady (小姐姐) who served us during the evening shift from 16th to 19th October 2025. She was incredibly kind where she even lent us her mobile number for ******* food delivery and promptly helped us change our room after another guest’s smoking affected us. We moved from Room 8501 to 1415 thanks to her efficient assistance.
To Ji Hotel’s Management- Please give her a big compliment, your hotel is truly lucky to have such a wonderful and caring staff member!

Based on Trip.com reviews, I chose this hotel as my resting place during the city tour. No regrets in booking here because it was very convenient and easily accessible to tourist attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and my kids liked hotel breakfast. Therefore we enjoyed our stay very much.

Mini fridge doesn't function at all. Informed staff since day 1 we stay but not action taken till we check out (total 6 nights stay in this hotel) very disappointed.
