Ji Hotel (Guangzhou Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street Chen Clan Academy)

辦入住的時候很不開心，我們前3 天入住過這個酒店覺得不錯也再次定了這裏的。但辦理入住時他們安排了我們住在電梯門口，但我帶着小孩很危險， 之後就安排我們去看其他房間，但安排的房間隔壁房在吸煙，煙味都傳到走廊來了，我們説不能接受那個房間，當時和我們看房的小徐也聞到了. 然後就説去看六樓的另個房間，但那個房間的床單有點臟，我們當時也指出給小徐了. 我們就問有沒有其他房間可以馬上入住了啊，當時我們還帶着4 個行李箱，寶寶和 寶寶推車，特別的多東西. 小徐幫我們問看有沒有其他房間， 但得到我的結論是沒有了。然後我們就説去一樓看要怎麼解決。 去了一樓我老公就説如果沒房不然就給升級到其他房號可以馬上入住的可以嗎？ 前台小姐姐就説需要加錢啊，其他房間保潔阿姨很忙好沒來得及收拾什麼的。搞到想我們逼他們升級我們。前台就説之後6 樓和7 樓了，7 樓的煙味特別濃，我説我帶着小孩不太方便，6 樓在7 樓的樓下我也擔心有煙味. 前台衹是回答我“沒房了“，完全沒有想要幫我們想其他辦法解決！ 當時我都想要取消訂單去住其他酒店了！ 但小徐就説讓阿姨馬上幫我們換完床單可以嗎？ 老公也累了就説好吧，我們上去時看到小徐在幫阿姨一起換床單，被套等，讓我們可以快點入住的！還有感謝小謝幫我把到了的包裹整理好放一代，還幫我們寄包裹。如果沒有小徐和小謝我衹想給0.5 🌟了！

We checked in for 5 nights. It seems that the hotel front desk is Not welcoming us. They commented Only Single night customers get to upgrade! I must comment that a lovely lady at the front desk is extremely helpful & friendly (she is slightly small in size wearing spectacle). She sent us off on our last day. Without her at the front desk, I would have "pressed the Red button" here...

Best hotel so far when I stay in Guangzhou! Very kind staff and help us a lot, thank you very much! Very recommended and I will be come back for sure

Fair room price with high standard room. Clean /tidy/soft bedding & towels, the decorations in MUJI feeling. Location is very convenient to all sightseeing locations in both walking and cars. Highly recommend, I must reorder next time.

This was my second experience in a All Season hotel chain. I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The room was small but nice and quiet. Mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, the bed sheets crispy and clean. The breakfast has a wide range of delicious Chinese food freshly made every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing that can be improved is the smell in the room (quite bad and hard to get rid of it even with the window constantly open); I would recommend to use the same nice diffuser they use in tho lobby to solve (or to try at least) tye problem. Anyway it worth definitely the money and I strongly recommend it.

The hotel location is perfect — close to everything including shopping, food, and the old street area, which I absolutely love. The staff were polite and friendly, making our stay pleasant. I went with my daughter and booked a twin room (two single beds). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Guangzhou.
