Breakfast hall was crowded and refill speed slow. Elevator was overloaded in the morning, needs to wait long time during breakfast to check-out time.

Very clean hotel, modern with tech and iot.Aircon did not automatically turn off when too cold. Tea was delicious, plenty of bottled water with tea set.

Nice place location was not bad, many Chinese restaurant near by. Overall good. Just breakfast had no western option as its mention in breakfast Chinese and western. But there was only Chinese

實事求是的點評：多次入住過全季酒店，出差，旅行，返鄉都有住過，一直很滿意他們家的服務，房間設施和茶味香氛，所以過年來廣州玩也優先選擇全季，這家酒店在一個城中村裡麪，主路拐進來就到，地下停車場和別家共用，停在全季專用停車位上，酒店周邊有便利店，燒烤店，步行500米內有很多餐飲店，步行400米左右有BRT車站，到地鐵站有點遠，和前台説要安靜的房間，前台給了靠小區的5樓房間，進房間後發現有很大的噪聲，到窗口看下面有一個類似排風管道裝置在呼呼的工作，於是聯繫了前台，他説幫我們換到15樓同樣的房型，很快機器人送來了房卡，進房間後沒聽到那種呼呼的噪音，就出門玩去了，晚上回來後，無意中發現枕頭上有血跡，再檢查發現送來多一床的被子裏面和原先房間被子的邊邊也有血跡，當時馬上聯繫了前台，他安排了阿姨立即過來把所有的床上用品都換了，晚上睡覺發現了房間有嗡嗡的低頻噪音，一直沒斷過，白天進來可能因為環境噪音沒發現，加上急着出去，沒發現這個低頻噪音，想着蠻晚的了，再換房間酒店前台也麻煩，還不一定有房間，怕再換房間可能也有這個低頻噪音，於是想着挨一晚算了，到凌晨12點多實在困得不行，還是勉強睡著了。備註：本來這家店我是攜程操作再續住一晚的，昨晚這個持續的低頻噪音，我意識到極有可能是上午在5樓房間看到下面的那個排風裝置引起的共振產生的低頻噪音，想着續住仍然面臨這個低頻噪音問題，所以昨晚11點多取消了續住訂單，換到了黃浦區大沙東全季酒店那邊去了。
亮點：1、上午辦理入住時衹是提了一嘴要加床被子，晚上回來時被子就放到了床上，這點好評。
2、前台和保潔響應速度快，反應了床品血跡情況很快解決。
不足：嗡嗡的低頻噪音問題，這個是很大問題，低頻噪音不同於其它噪音，會讓人心煩意亂，嚴重影響睡眠，不知道其它房間如何，靠端頭位置的後綴16房型尤其明顯，當時看到5樓的16房型下面，大概在3樓還是4樓的位置排風口末端正好位於房間窗台下方。

房間感覺很小。一張床一張桌子就是整個房間的大小。衹有一邊床有插頭。水忽冷忽熱。房門不隔音，晚上總能聽到外面開關門聲音。外部環境，介紹圖沒拍到，門廳附近亂七八糟停放的電車。外面還有工地施工。整體説實話有點難綳

服務非常好！第一次在廣州能夠住到比較大氣的華住會酒店，從人員到客房服務，早餐比較豐富，還允許客人打包帶走，特別喜歡房間的帶桌子喝茶辦公的這種設計，方便工作和休閑兩不誤。方便對於7點就要出門工作的我很方便。下次過來還回去住。值得推薦給同事。

訂的是高級大床房，和前台小姐姐說要求安現靜點的房間，馬上按我要求安排了一間安靜的而且還免費升級房間了。小姐姐真的服務太棒了，前台還有幾位正作人員態度也很熱情❤️
住了一晚真的好安靜。有下次

住了兩晚（本來衹訂了一晚，後來第二天下午又重新訂了一晚，跟酒店説還是留前一晚的房間），臨時住的 就感覺不錯，住的很舒服，茶台有送的茶包，就是對於老茶人來講，2/3g的投茶量是真的少 還好自己帶了茶，電視支持投屏還是很棒的，這個很加分

非常滿意，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度沒得説，退房的時候出了個小插曲，戒指落在房間了，尷尬的是發現的時候人已經回程了，電話聯繫前台，第一時間找到並且寄回，非常感謝
