Il personale dell'hotel è molto bravo e farà del suo meglio per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Possono anche aiutare a entrare presto nella camera d'albergo.

Ho soggiornato in molti hotel e questo è l'unico per il quale non posso fare a meno di lasciare una recensione negativa. La posizione è ok, ma l'unico vantaggio di questo hotel è la posizione!
Più di 400 a notte non sono affatto economici. Non c'è modo di regolare la temperatura dell'acqua quando si fa la doccia. L'intero processo è acqua calda. Quando l'acqua viene regolata su acqua fredda, l'acqua non esce.
Anche le lenzuola e il copripiumino erano molto scomodi, bagnati, non delicati sulla pelle e irritati.
Anche la stanza è molto piccola! Pessima recensione!

I stayed at this hotel with my dad, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location was very convenient for us. I was also lucky to have Ms. 妮妮 assist me. She went beyond her job scope by helping me check tourist information and providing clear instructions, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to her help, my dad and I had a smooth and well-planned trip in Guangzhou.
Additional notes:
-To check in, access the Mercure hotel lobby and take the elevator to the 10th floor.
-The bathroom has a door and is not transparent—helpful for anyone who might be concerned about privacy.

 Best and super convenient location to 北京步行街！ so many restaurants and shop as soon as stepping out of hotel. The hotel is share a building with 美景酒店， so when arrive, look for 美景酒店and go to 10th floor to check in with 金立洒店。Frond desk was super helpful and took care my concern at no time. Also they did a special for our anniversary. Will come back for sure!

I had a great stay at this hotel, conveniently located just a few steps from Beijing Lu Metro Exit A. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they even added me on WeChat for easy communication and provided useful travel guides for exploring Guangzhou. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade to a larger space, complete with a tea table, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for both convenience and hospitality!
