前台小姐姐們的服務很到位，非常人性化，反應很迅速，應變能力很強❤❤
酒店的前台服務堪稱一流！工作人員態度親切，服務非常人性化，無論是辦理入住還是諮詢問題，都能迅速得到迴應，讓人感到非常安心。入住宜尚酒店，讓我在這裏都能感受到暖暖的服務。

房間很寬敞乾淨，還配有洗衣房（雖然沒用上）。
最令人驚訝的是還有躺椅，躺着非常的舒服。
酒店前台也很禮貌熱情，➕v後諮詢也能及時回覆信息。
不過有2️⃣個不足需要改進：
1️⃣我訂的是禁煙房，但還是發現房間內有煙灰缸；
2️⃣廁所有股味，較沖鼻。
總體入住體驗還是很不錯的。👍👍👍

情人節晚上入住，還有2瓶安眠牛奶贈送，還有濕巾，卸粧巾，小吃，這個很滿意👍
前台的小姐姐服務很好，態度也好，很耐心的幫忙辦理入住，講解退房時間，吃早餐時間，很棒！
酒店很新，房間也乾淨，房間時落地玻璃的，可以看周邊環境，1978附近的新酒店，提現感很不錯👍

過年想找個安靜的地方散步獨家，於是來到了在1978創意園裡的宜尚入住，酒店乾淨明亮，前台和工作人員都非常熱情有禮，前台有小糖果、小零食、咖啡和茶，還有可供聊天、工作的區域，還有入住小禮品和小童牙刷牙膏免費贈送。
房間景觀不錯，周邊生活便利、美食眾多，有農家菜、西餐、小食多種任君選擇，周邊開車20分鐘內有許多公園和景區，可以散步爬山。

我是連續訂了兩晚的酒店，第一晚小姐姐在前台的態度是非常好，入住體驗感一百分💯。第一晚小姐姐還給我們一些品牌酒店的禮盒，感覺很貼心。第二晚絕對的差評，我們是分開兩天訂的酒店訂單。然後我們入住的時候，那個男的前台接待，全程麪黑，前一晚酒店已經有我們的入住訊息，第二晚入住我們提供身份證照片，他竟然説不能，不知道。因為我第一晚也是提供了身份證照片就可以入住了。這樣是不是就是雙標呢？？？請問 另外我是高度讚揚小姐姐的的接待態度。第二晚那個男前台的態度差得緊要，看來這個品牌的領導要重新培訓一下了。令客人的入住感受截然不同，我本來因為入住第一天的感受很好才來連續住第二晚的，然後第二晚被這個品牌的另一個同事氣瘋了

體驗非常不錯，房間很大，衞生很乾凈，有免費停車並且有很大的停車場，前台以及其他服務人員服務熱情主動，洗完烘乾的衣服工作人員也幫忙拿到了房間門口

環境很好，房間智能語音，電動馬桶等推荐居住，交通方便距離高速路口很近，停車免費，路邊還有好吃的東北燒烤，下次還來！

進入酒店香香的聞起來很舒適 工作人員熱情周到服務好 環境衞生也是很好 智能家居超級方便 不用自己下床關燈關窗簾關電視 浴室廁所乾濕分離 馬桶也很好用 是智能化的 這應該是我除了希爾頓外住得最棒的酒店了！🥰
