和女朋友一起入住的，先説壞的幾點，感覺前台的態度一個女生有點不好，我問能不能積分延遲退房，他説可以，但是我下單的時候就不可以，之前去別的四星級酒店，前台都是主動幫我延遲退房的，這邊這個人還要我買黑金卡，讓我開卡，我就説不要了，11點半就起來，收拾東西退房。20m的面積還是有點小的，對於一個四星級酒店來説，早餐的話也是一般般，早餐還是可以接受，酒店的清潔工阿姨我感覺態度比較好，但是我洗澡時候，發現一塊布有個紅點，當時忘記拍照了，有點像那種姨媽巾的血，總體來説，還是有好有壞吧，下次可能不會入住了，同個價格可能會選擇其他更加有性價比的酒店吧，那個酒店也不能看綜藝，看一個片都還要自己掏錢買18塊，衹能看直播，我感覺四星級的酒店可以把這個看電視的功能完善一些吧

環境：就在電影小鎮，大堂有飲品供應。停車免費很方便
服務：服務比較全面能做到的都能有求必應。

環境一流，房間內都是智能化，小度管控所有電器，床上用品很好，睡個感覺很重要，很安靜，早上起來窗外風景很美，太讚了，吃早餐的區域很舒服，早餐種類很豐富，也好吃😋下次繼續住

酒店超出預期，霧霾藍的色調很清爽，被子很舒服，智能馬桶乾淨衞生，員工服務態度也很好，樓下就是創意園，晚上挺熱鬧的，有電影院還有很多美食，會再來

酒店服務非常好，比五星級酒店的還要好，有貼心，前台還送上小禮包，乾淨衞生整潔！！！特別讚揚文文小姐，遇到個小意外馬上處理得非常到位！見到我們幾家人人比較多還多送幾瓶水和鞋子給我們，都不用我們要求送到房間！非常棒棒棒噠，我們隊友個個都對酒店讚不絕口！

入住體驗非常滿意，房間的設備都非常智能，基本上用聲音就可以控制了房間的設備，洗手間的智能馬桶都非常贊，洗浴間都非常的大，水壓夠，洗澡非常舒服！

房間佈局很温馨，前台還送了入住小禮包，裏面有眼罩跟耳塞這一些，還是很全面的。
衞生打掃的也很乾凈，沒有見到有什麼不好的地方，房間全屋智能，還有個小度管家，能開空調電視和窗簾。裝修的也很好看，比這邊的其他酒店裝修都要新，更好看！裝修風格我很喜歡，比較現代化。出來旅遊，這個酒店還有健身房和洗衣房，非常方便。
