I stayed for 2 days it's very convenient to go canton metro just 20 minutes walk surrounded by greenery great location with friendly staff, good customer services amenities and room. Perfect I will come again next time

It was our first trip. waited several hours for room to be cleaned. But We were pretty happy to stay in a loft. Overall is pleasant though i lost 2 dresses that was in the luggage.

Location in terms of being around tourist places it's quite good however it is located away from the streets so you'd have to walk out for Didi to find you (accessibility ain't the best). It is less than 1km walk to Canton tower and about 300m to the riverside and to the Haixin Bridge. The layout of the room is quite unique for a hotel as the bed is on a loft up the stairs (check for accessibility if you need). Walls between rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours and they can hear you. We were talking in our normal voices late one night and we had a knock on our door asking to lower down our voices (granted it was 2am).

Quite close to metro bit it's difficult to find the proper building and to come inside due to the front gate from which you don't have any code. Of course there's a person for opening the gate but I came back pretty late and there's no one in there (in the morning I got to know that the person is always in there, but at night he's just lying in this small cabin.) The room was renovated, but it's not new, lots of space but not the surfaces to put the stuff. The rest was ok. And they have laundry on 8th floor.

酒店位置很好，出門右手三四百米是海心橋，不僅能感受夜晚珠江兩岸的美景，還能觀看不遠處廣州塔的璀璨與炫耀！另外，給酒店一樓大堂的前台接待小吳點贊，房間洗水台有點滴水，小姑娘跑上跑下幫我換房，還幫我和兒子提行李，感謝喲！

先説酒店位置，距離小蠻腰地圖顯示就幾百米，實質你需要繞很多路並不能達到直線的距離。酒店位置在小區內部對我們租車出行的很不友好，看門的大爺估計是物業的所以態度非常不好，雨天下車積水挪車位都是罵罵咧咧。前台入住辦理的時候因為我沒包含早餐前台就商量免餐換好評我也是懵懵的。酒店就一台電梯很小，上下出入很不方便樓道還是老小區沒有做任何重建有點拉垮，我住的房間是複式的兩床位房，説實話開門的時候就失望了，洗手間散發的臭味非常明顯，不知道哪裡來的味道洗手間門根本不能開。洗澡水永遠調不明白水根本熱不了一點，感應馬桶一靠近就自動沖水時不時的就會被嚇到。幕布不知道是不是房間小距離近總是感覺很費眼比較累。四星級酒店硬是體驗到旅館效果，不知道好評是不是都是免費早餐換來的。感受就是很拉垮，毫無體驗感。下次不會來了。

小周服務態度熱情，贈送了早餐，酒店設施齊全，挺不錯的。 位置不錯，離廣州塔很近，在一個小區裏，樓下有吃飯的地方。 不過屋內電話維修無法撥打，門鎖防盜鏈無效。 總體來説，符合一個快捷酒店的基本要求。

總的來説，還是不錯的。但是定完後馬上降價了。優點：1.在小區裏面，相對安靜，比較好眠。2.總的服務態度還可以。3.房間總體品質過得去。4.衞生還不錯。（至少特地帶的一次性四件套，沒用）。5.現在流行的機器人很智能，孩子們都喜歡。6.地理位置好。缺點：1.隔音一般，估計也是同類共性問題。2.餐廳管理一般，服務員收了餐券了，廚師出餐窗口再次問要餐券，且態度不好。3.房間參照快捷酒店設定，洗手枱在門邊，一不小心就流出洗手枱麪到地上了。4.地板破舊，有裂縫和整體拱起。5.空調下安裝床頭燈，挺有新意，估計節約空間。但是看着挺奇怪。6.餐廳菜品量少，8：30下樓已經光盤。八板粥稀的像摻了水。7.要求儘量無煙房，前台特地問了服務員，結果房間擺放着煙灰缸、一開門進來一股子煙味、樓道也是。8.第一次入住酒店遇見到房間，房間大門居然是敞開的。9. 第一次遇見酒店要＋微信，給發評論模版的。10.剛入住，沒過多久下樓，居然遇MJ車輛、都在大堂門口，居然出動“jing菽粟”

第一次給酒店差評，首先位置在一條特別深的巷子走到盡頭，然後還要穿過一個小區，走到最裡麪。晚上根本不好找，沒有門禁卡還得讓小區門口保安開門，保安不在的時候就得站那等着別人進去的時候跟着進去。本意是想住離廣州塔近所以選的這家，因為頁面標的距離廣州塔870米，其實根本不止這個距離，就那條小巷子都不止870米，並且還要穿越一個小區。其次就是前台態度差，前台辦理入住的時候我説了句你們這酒店也太不好找了，轉了大半天沒找到，人家根本不搭理。訂酒店的時候顯示房間大小25-30m²，其實還沒有我5號在北京訂的22m²大。早餐一般，離早餐結束時間還有四十多分鐘去就沒有早餐收攤了，餐廳服務員態度惡劣的説：我們就是這個點早餐就沒了。最後就是客房部大叔態度還挺好的，因為房間少了拖鞋，去找的時候那個大叔在打掃衞生的拉車旁邊，暫且認為是客房部的吧。
