Livetour International Apartment (Guangzhou Haizhu Hesheng Xintiandi Branch)

The rooms were clean and spacious but there was an issue with the room's AC units. There are three bedrooms and a living room each with an AC and for some reason none of them work as they're supposed to. On the first couple nights I've tried to set the AC to cool but it'll do nothing but heat the room. I set it to 'Fan' mode, it heats the room. I set it to anything, it heats the room. Again, this is on all the rooms. Fast forward to the final third night staying there, it's getting cold out. We try to heat the room, and the AC decides to COOL the room. No matter what mode we choose, it has a mind of it's own. Due to the loft nature of the room and how heat rises, the second floor is always hot while the lower level stayed cool. The temperature and air exchange is poor.

Receptionist in the morning not really friendly when i checked in. Room doesn’t have any clothes hanger. the area are super traffic jam. The whole floors can smell the cigarettes.

Love the spaciousness of the place and 1 lady at the reception was friendly but do note that it's a big building with different businesses running there. We stayed at level 19 (C1904 unit) and the opposite unit was doing live selling till very late and was very noisy. As there are many constructions going on, we were awaken by the constructiona
