Camere un po' datate ma comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per questa posizione e appartamento

Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Zhujiang New Town. La stanza era piuttosto antiquata, con pareti con vernice scrostata e finestre con macchie di schiuma. La lavanderia in bagno è un inconveniente, perché l'intera lavatrice doveva essere trascinata fuori fino alla presa di corrente più vicina solo per poterla collegare e usare. Perché non fornire una prolunga lunga per risparmiare ai viaggiatori il fastidio? Inoltre, non ero contento che le pulizie avessero buttato o portato via i miei due tubetti di unguento per la schiena e di prodotti per la cura della pelle che avevo lasciato sul tavolo! La grazia salvifica è stata la rapida risposta del servizio su WeChat e hanno anche aspettato fino a tardi per darmi la chiave della stanza (questo non è un posto con servizio di assistenza 24 ore su 24, nonostante la pubblicità).

Il posto è così pulito e bello. Molto vicino al consolato generale. Ci sono taxi al piano di sotto. Il KFC è a meno di 2 minuti a piedi. La stanza ha una lavatrice e un microonde. TV e anche un proiettore. Il WiFi funziona benissimo. Anche il letto è comodo. Mi piace questo posto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

The staff were really great, however the room was not cleaned properly and was falling apart. The pictures attached say it all. This apartment need a complete refurbishment before booking it out at this price again. This has been the dirtiest apartment yet for over £100 per night we could have been in a hotel for the same.

I booked 2 nights at this place (this is not a hotel) it’s kind of residential building where they have some rooms for rent. First, very hard to find the place, I was looking for a hotel not that kind of place . The guy that received me was very friendly and was trying to do his best , not his fault about the place. The place is old , not well maintained and I didn’t feel safe, were me and my daughter. So, I spent the first night because it was late when we arrived and next morning we left the place and went to another hotel. I don’t recommend this place.

Location for that price is reasonable and plenty of shop near by and  train station too. Just take note it is not the international Pullman brand.

The room is not quite the size mentioned as 40-43 m3 in the booking page of the advertisement (Trip.com), feels like below 25 m3. The toilet is rather tight and must be careful not to hurt yourself turning corners in the toilet especially opening and closing the door. The air-conditioning was fair and had to request maintenance to check it up, on the whole it was barely sufficient even for such a small room. The microwave was not working and we had to get to use the one in the management office to warm up our items. The service liaison person was helpful but what we needed was good working facilities not just service person. This place will not be good for any person with disability because of the toilet tightness. The good in the room was the refrigerator which was working well and we could store items. There is a washing machine and a cooking hub but no cooking utensils to do any simple cooking. For our future travel to GZ, we would not book this place because there are other better places nearby this vicinity. Thank you.

Hard to find the place for first time arrivals. Once checked in all fine . Very convenient location

location was difficult to find as it is wrongly indicated on the Trip.com map and you have to call the housekeeper for directions. room is poorly maintained with falling parts and moldy ceilings - as if a long-term resident just lent you their house to stay in for a few days. when i arrived, the electric kettle was sitting in a puddle of water and the plug was wet. to use the washing machine, you will need to connect it to an extension cord from outside the bathroom which makes it a hazard. the shower head wouldn't stay in its holder (keeps falling off) and there is no place/hooks in the toilet to hang stuff.

The accommodation is located right in the middle of the bustling Zhujiang New Town and yet provides a quiet and tranquil environment for a peaceful stay. I stayed at level 26 with a magnificent city view. With the price I paid, I thought I will be having a tiny room. Instead, I had a huge one bedroom suite which can accommodate at least 4 people or more. A well equipped, self contained service apartment with a kitchen, huge refrigerator, laundry area with lots of hanging space, huge dining table and lounge area. The staff members are really friendly and helpful, who go above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Will definitely return when I’m in Guangzhou again.

The location is good. It is convinient to go to Pazhou exhibition complex from this place. My overall experience was good to stay at this property.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and equipped with all necessities including washing machine, fridge etc. The manager was extra nice and very cooperative. Location is excellent. Loved staying there and will stay again.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, with a very helpful and friendly owner. I’ll be back!
