First if you arrive at night or after dark then good luck to find this place. It is an apartment building not facing the street and even in the middle of the day people have hard time helping me to find it. There is no security guard for the building . The front door did not lock properly and I could mange to open it by wiggling the handles. I contacted property manger and they came tried to fix it but at this moment I decided to leave. They offer to give me another unit but I did not feel safe to stay. In short, I had two night and I could cancel the second day and I got a refund but I lost the first night $54.0. I believe they owe me that since I did not stay or use the place at all, not even for 1 h.

The apartment location is good, there are many small restaurants and mini marts opposite the apartment. The office staff are very friendly and helpful especially the lady boss, 小嚴。 The cleaner lady is unfriendly. The only issue is that, you need the overhead bridge from Yantang station exit B or C to cross over to the apartment. We have a very hard time carrying our luggage to cross the overhead bridges. Later, we find out we can actually take a taxi from exit B or C to the apartment.

The hotel location was not bad. Near to Yan Tang metro exit B. But the rooms is not clean especially the bath room. We stayed 4 days and the cleaner only clean basic toilet area and not other area. Will not consider this again for our stays

Fairly good place for a quick trip. It’s close to canton tower and there are a few shops around the area so it’s convenient. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room was fairly big , but the bathroom is a little old.

Clean apartment. Spacious and near alot of food stalls. Service was good and worth the price.

The first thing you will find is that the staff are very welcoming. I asked them for many things to help me with and in instant they either replied or arranged. They upgraded my room a night after my arrival and it was a very good room. I enjoyed my stay and I’ll come back again when I visit Guangzhou next time.
