C'erano capelli nella doccia e il bagno non era molto pulito. Il WC del bagno non era molto elegante e spesso non funzionava correttamente. L'arredamento era bellissimo. La sera ho cenato a buffet, molto ricco, compresa l'aragosta. La colazione il buffet era molto ricco e molto buono. A causa del problema della camera, ho cambiato camera più tardi. Nessun problema con la camera. Grazie per l'aiuto alla reception.

My recent stay at Marriott Hotel was absolutely exceptional, largely due to the outstanding facilities and the remarkable service provided by Hayley. The hotel's hardware is top-notch, with modern, well-maintained rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and luxurious amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Hayley's exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Hotel let us check in early around 10 something AM which is great, room with high ceiling with nice decor, very clean and classic, only thing is too crowded in the morning breakfast, not so enjoyable, indoor swimming pool is great even in winter, we bought swimming wear for unexpected fun.

An excellent place to stay. Very close to subway station makes your commute rather easy. Having a shuttle bus during the Canton Fair was really convenient and it takes 30 minutes to get there

Exellent place to stay. Scenic beauty and metro very nearby for commute to the city. Big spread on breakfast and dinner. Good pool to get that fresh feel after the swim and the staffs are very friendly. Canton fair shuttle bus from hotel which was very helpfull.

CONS: Staff's service level and professionalism is nowhere close to the level expected of a brand like Marriott. -During check in I explicitly confirmed with them that having 3 nights booked from one site then 1 night booked from another is fine and we can stay in the same room. After 3 nights they ended our stay, which resulted in a cleaning staff entering our room without permission. -I've seen rotating lifeguards in the swimming pool, but most of the time they're looking at their phones instead of paying attention to the guests swimming. This is not only unprofessional but actually dangerous -In the gym locker room I saw the cleaning staff sitting on the guests' seats playing with their phones rather than cleaning PROS: New and nice Gorgeous lobby Great pool, sauna, gym facilities Great gym Nice room Great location

Nice hotel in a location of Guangzhou. You can walk easily to metro station in front of the hotel. Their staff can also speak english.

1) They don’t give Marriott points if you’ve booked through trip.com 2) The food is terrible. It made us sick. 3) The staff conned us while booking taxis. They would make us pay them extra (a taxi driver told us we were tricked right after we paid to the staff member who had booked our taxi) or book a conman where we were charged 3x the usual amount. 4) The staff isn’t organised. I had to spend so much time locating my couriers that were delivered to the hotel. Many times they just said they’ve not received anything.

We have waited 1 hour for checkin. Canton fair shuttle service was a disaster. We waited 1 hour in front of the hotel for Canton fair. There was no explanation about why we wait. Organization skills is zero. This hotel tired us so much. I don’t suggest if you are coming for Canton fair.

Quite new hotel, rooms are clean and big, a little far from the city centre, ok good
