It''s definitely not a 4.7 out of 5, as shown on Trip.com. The real rating for this place should be no more than 2 out of 5. I booked a more expensive room because of the advertised size, but the actual room they gave me was much smaller. Any attempt to talk to the host about it ended with the dismissive response: "You got what you paid for." The ceiling height in the room is only 2 meters, so if you're 180 cm or taller, you'll constantly bump into the projector hanging from the ceiling. The first night was a nightmare. Because they’ve built two rooms per floor, one stacked directly above the other, there's no concrete ceiling between them—just a lightweight structure that's completely sound-transparent. At around 4 or 5 a.m., the guests above me woke up, and I could hear everything—their footsteps, conversations, and all other noises. The sounds even echoed, amplified by the hollow ceiling and walls between the rooms. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place if you can. Don't trust the pictures and reviews like I did—you’ll end up sorely disappointed. The bathroom has no shower cabin; the shower is practically on top of the toilet. You can take a shower while sitting down (a real two-in-one experience). There aren’t any actual towels, just disposable paper towels. Imagine taking a shower and then drying off with a paper towel roll. I don’t know if other travelers bring their own towels, but I certainly didn’t. Mold is also everywhere in the bathroom. My advice for anyone traveling to China: don't book a hotel for your entire stay in advance. Book for just a night or two, and then decide whether to extend or find another place. There are hundreds of hotels and apartments available on Trip.com, and it's super easy to book and move. Plus, taxis are very cheap there.

I had a fantastic experience. The room I booked offered a breathtaking view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. Great hotel for a decent price. The room was clean and had all necessary facilities, including washing machine. Would recommend it if the location is suitable for you

Everything is nice, one drawback is that its quite far from Sanxi Subway Station, though there are bike sharing around plus Didi is the best alternative.

The staff is sweet, especially the receptionist girl so cute and nice! Very professional! I liked the whole stay! They are so kind and helped me with my kuaidi as well! Clean! Location is nice they have lanzhou ramen downstairs which is good as well! I didn’t like the first day on the first flood the guy asked my passport and asked me where the passport was from? I said Mongolia. He said Mongolia belongs to China and I could use ID to register. Trust me, if any inner mongolian was traveling they would be smart enough to use their ID because they are traveling domestically. I presented my passport because I am aware i am a foreigner. There was no use of insulting me and my country saying it belongs to China! He needs to study geography if he is working for a hotel and not to insult clients countries and their whole identity! He needs to learn to normalize insulting others countries is bad! Apparently he is not a person who decides what country belongs to where!

Everything was good, it was very clean and comfortable, it was easy to access the subway and shops, and it had polite and kind employees.
