Location is quite good with places of interests and eating places within walking distance. The room has a great view. However, as the staff forgot to note down that our room was taken, another staff let other guests checked in our room at 9AM the next day while we were still inside. This is a very terrible experience to us.

If you want to save money still acceptable. The whole building is full with fungus. Can’t get over the smell. The floor feels like short after war. The receptionist is friendly, did our laundry, helped when the ac remote was disconnected. But the floor and all surfaces were definitely not clean, we were afraid to touch it with naked feet. The smell out of the pipes after showering is something you get used to from many cities, but still need to know for first-timers. Still has a nice view in ca. 30floor. Subway super close, that’s best.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful hotel manager. However, the place was a bit run down. Cleanliness and upkeeping were rather poor. But couldn't expect much with this kind of price.

The description of my room says non-smoking but when I arrived, the room smells cigarette. I even saw a cigarette filter in the bathroom and outside the window. I asked to change my room but there was no room available so I have to endure it for my whole stay. Terrible!

Excellent location for Beijing Rd. The rooms are very good value for the area. This is not a hotel so amenities are limited.

來廣州出差，順便帶媽媽提前來玩兩天，選了這個酒店，真的很不錯，位置簡直絕佳，出門就滿足各種逛，小吃，購物，景點應有盡有，樓下很繁華，老闆小哥哥很好，一定幫他好好宣傳，以後公司來廣州出差都推薦同事定這個酒店

位置很方便啊靠近江邊，坐落於北京路步行街上，商家比較好客比較熱情房間住起來也比較寬敞舒服，續住每天都會有阿姨過來打掃衞生，最重要的是出行非常方便不用周圍打卡的地方下樓就可以開始逛，累了直接步行回房間休息，值得推薦

從地鐵口出來到入住的酒店步行不超過兩分鐘就到了，地理位置非常好，近江邊，靠北京路周邊非常好逛，來廣州不來一次北京路真的是一次損失，入住的房間也很大足足有三十多平方，住起來一點也不壓抑，老闆的態度也非常好給我們推薦了性價比很高的飯店和喝早茶的地方，推薦指數：滿課星！

我原定的是三床房，後來出現了一點小意外，就變了一張一米二床，加一張一米八的大床房。溝通協調還是十分融洽的。環境還真不錯，裝修雖啊，舊款一點，但是很乾凈整潔。在這個房間的飄窗外，可以看到遠處的廣州城市景觀。 嗯，那晚是我第三次遊珠江了，這一個線路我已經十分的熟悉。這個北京路的酒店了，十分方便，周邊很多食店。我去了附近的仔記吃燒乳鴿，好吃，第二天早上去了“點點心思”廣州早茶，一家五口才喝了127元。這個物價比我在佛山飲早茶還要便宜。

出差開會錯過當天回，就在廣州住一宿，在**上搜了一下比較熱鬧又便於出行的酒店住宿，找到北京路步行街來客公寓。到房間一看哇塞，這麼大的房間，雖然設施沒那麼新，但是非常乾淨衞生，房間沒有異味，躺床上就可以看到不遠處的江景。 出行特方便，樓下對面就是六號地鐵A2出口，吃完晚飯在步行街逛一逛，太愜意了。 一個上午去聖心大教堂， 文化公園， 十三行服裝批發市場就夠了，本來12點退房，因為回城車票時間是下午4.25.去車站還早，逛一早上好累，就在床上睡著了，兩班的服務員是兩位帥哥 下午兩點多都沒去喊醒我讓退房，真的很人性化。👍👍👍五星好評 ，不管從服務質量，公寓酒店環境和衞生條件都值得被愛😁下次再來還是住他家。

挑花眼了下單這家，踩坑了！不懂他的好評怎麼來的……設施陳舊不維護，告訴老闆説天花板破了，他説這個算好的😳上個廁所，沖不下去，好崩潰！ 床品桌椅都是東拼西湊的，東西摸着都有點黏膩，啥都不想碰，第二天一起床立馬退房了！不會再有下次了，大家避坑！
