Very not look like the picture, old, dirty, nothing work there, no hot water, no wifi, the reception is far and the elevator are very long before to come.
The only good point is the staff who try to fix my issue, but at the end I cannot take a hot shower before my day. I don’t recommend this bad place

Best location nearest beijing road
But surrounding in this apartment makes you feel terrible a little bit. The walkway to room is not renovated but the room still ok for stay

Apart from it's location there's nothing good.
Rundown.Not enough lifts.Place need major renovation or clean up.Only relief was that the room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

Very old and dusty, bathroom was all rusty. Dirty towels and toilet. Shower had a big water heater in it. Buildings elevators are extremely slow and crowded. Receptionist is on the 24th floor, hotel is only takes up a few floors of the building.

Location is quite good with places of interests and eating places within walking distance. The room has a great view.
However, as the staff forgot to note down that our room was taken, another staff let other guests checked in our room at 9AM the next day while we were still inside. This is a very terrible experience to us.

If you want to save money still acceptable.
The whole building is full with fungus. Can’t get over the smell. The floor feels like short after war.
The receptionist is friendly, did our laundry, helped when the ac remote was disconnected. But the floor and all surfaces were definitely not clean, we were afraid to touch it with naked feet. The smell out of the pipes after showering is something you get used to from many cities, but still need to know for first-timers.
Still has a nice view in ca. 30floor.
Subway super close, that’s best.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful hotel manager. However, the place was a bit run down. Cleanliness and upkeeping were rather poor. But couldn't expect much with this kind of price.
