We booked this river room for 7 nights including breakfast on November 2023. It's reasonable price about A$650. The location is only ten minutes to walk from MTR station nearby. It's very easy fore to find the hotel on the riverside. The reception give us a river room on 5/F. The space is comfortable, tidy and clean. The river view at night is beautiful. The aircon is hard to use at first two nights. The TV is hopeless even the staff comes twice and only survived for a short while. The free wifi is completely useless. I use my own Sim card all of staying period.
The breakfast is great, and delicious. It's on the top of the hotel with a river view. The staff is very friendly. The room service cleaning is daily.
But it's noisy at night from 3:00am when the construction workers repair the road nearby.
Public transport is convenient to the sightseeing areas. The hotel wifi is bad and can't book a taxi online.
A good size gym is good for me to exercise.
I will come back again to live here in future.

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Quando ho portato mia madre a visitare Guangzhou, ho soggiornato al Mercure Hotel in Pedestrian Street, situato nella zona più prospera di Beijing Road, è stato inaugurato di recente quest'anno e dispone di nuove strutture, è adiacente alla metropolitana ed è estremamente comodo per viaggiare e trovare cibo. È fantastico! Check out alle 12. Eravamo preoccupati di non riuscire ad arrivare in tempo perché volevamo fare il check-in alle attrazioni. La reception con entusiasmo ci ha fornito comodità e ha ritardato il check-out. La prossima volta che verremo a Guangzhou , prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo qui. Altamente raccomandato! ! !

Arriving at the airport without any prior bookings, I was fortunate to come across this brand-new Hilton property. My experience with this hotel, booked through Trip.com, exceeded all expectations. From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.
Room and Amenities:
The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.

Molto vicino all'aeroporto, il traffico è molto comodo, l'hotel ha anche la navetta, sono entrato nell'hotel, la hall è molto pulita e luminosa, la stanza è spaziosa, tende elettriche e servizio robot, sensazione di senso molto scientifico e tecnologico, la prossima volta verrà, la colazione a buffet del ristorante è molto ricca, l'hotel è di recente costruzione, le strutture e le attrezzature sono buone. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se cercate un hotel vicino all'aeroporto, questo è altamente consigliato. L'effetto di isolamento acustico è buono, chiudete la finestra, non si sente il rumore degli aerei. Un piccolo suggerimento: quando non vive nessuno nella stanza, può essere ventilata e il servizio è abbastanza a posto. Il check-in alla reception dell'hotel è molto veloce, il servizio è a posto, come un. Le strutture dell'hotel sono abbastanza buone! La receptionist che mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in ha sempre accolto ogni ospite con un sorriso e un atteggiamento caloroso. Mi ha sempre fatto sentire speciale e accudito. UUtente ospiteLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. A special thank you to Pyotr, Kimy and Aimee for your kindness, professionalism and a human side!

UUtente ospiteLa pulizia era buona ma non spettacolare. Il WiFi poteva essere accessibile solo con un numero di telefono cinese, che non avevo. Grazie al receptionista mi ha aiutato a connettermi una volta (ma hai bisogno del numero ogni volta che ti connetterai ...).
La mia camera era assolutamente piccola, senza finestre all'esterno e senza luce naturale. Conseguentemente, la piccola zona del bagno era molto vasca e profumata.Secondo il piano, circa la metà delle camere non aveva finestre reali. Quelli che fanno sono fortemente tintati.
Bene per un soggiorno di una notte, ma non per più.

Iivonne8a93Staying at the Ramada Hotel allowed me to enjoy the city even more. The staff is really friendly and helpful, is close to main attractions of the city and right next to the river.
The common areas are good and the buffet breakfast had many options to choose from, you can see the Canton Tower from their pool area too where they also have gym, sauna and even indoor badminton courts. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Guangzhou again.

CChengxiqu88Rimodalizzazione pulita e piacevole. Ma questo non è un 5 stelle, piuttosto 3 a 4 stelle. In realtà è un hotel strano. Non hanno piu' le finestre. Le strade sono zigzag e ha un enorme rischio se il fuoco rompe. Non so come il governo della città consenta questo tipo di hotel. Hanno spedito il riscaldamento e continuano a dire che lo hanno spedito. Dopodiché hanno fornito un riscaldamento per lo spazio. Non consiglierei questo hotel.
