Hotel Ark a Guangzhou

The hotel is located 15 min away from the airport. Rooms are spacious and staff is very kind. The shuttle transport was not available when we arrived, so they reimbursed our didi. Two negative points: 1) the nice family pool on the pictures was empty (and we booked it only for the pool). 2) upon arrival there was a guest smoking on the hall during his check in. Although this is not allowed, nobody told him anything. Unfortunately this is still a common behavior in south China, so for those who want to avoid such unhealthy environment choosing a hotel chain with better standards is worth it.

Hotel was under renovation when we checked in. They politely asked if we mind if there were building noise between 9 to 5. Which we were fine with. The room was clean and modern. With the voice control curtains / lights / and TV. Plus a smart toilet / bidet which was very satisfying. With a free self service laundry room within the gym you could exercise whilst waiting for the wash to finish. Nice hotel.

Per la prima volta, Guangzhou è stato ospitato dall'hotel Xiaojiao. Il cameriere della ricetta ci ha aiutato a gestire le procedure di soggiorno in anticipo e a aggiornare gratuitamente alla stanza commerciale. Ma l'hotel non ha una stanza senza fumo. Il sapore di fumo rimanente nella stanza degli ospiti è più grande. Dopo aver lavato la testa di notte, non c'è vento elettrico nella stanza, Chiese al cameriere e lei ha controllato se il vento è stato preso da un'altra stanza?Poi mi ha portato un vento da un'altra stanza, mi ha detto di togliere i capelli e di mettereli indietro subito. La mia stanza non ha vento, e'per fortuna che non ho l'abitudine di usare il vento tutta la notte. La colazione dell'hotel è buona, il cibo è fatto fresco, vale la pena lodare.
