Four Points By Sheraton Langfang Gu'an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. 一大兩小去北京野生動物園玩兒，特意選了固安福朋喜來登，想讓孩子住寬敞點兒，住的豪華雙人間，房間很大很整潔，前台工作人員Carrie很專業，態度也非常友好，客房服務響應速度一流，酒店一樓有小童樂園，還有萌寵卡皮巴拉，小孩很喜歡，很適合家庭出行

非常滿意的體驗哈，準備周天去北野玩，就想着週六到附近住一晚順便遛遛固安，定的是酒店+門票的套餐，價格很划算，去了以後告知給我們升級了套房😁😁房間很大很乾凈，服務也很滿意，安排了靠邊很安靜的房間，周邊就是商業街吃飯很方便，綠化很好，對面還有一個公園可以飯後散步，第二天去北野也就十來分鐘路程，唯一美中不足的是感覺早餐可以再提升優化下，總的來説是非常滿意的居住體驗，來固安或者北野非常推薦入住👍🏻👍🏻
