同僚たちと3人で宿泊しました。20年ほど前に家族で宿泊したことがあり2度目です。 ２ベッドルームを予約したのに、３ベッドルームの低層階（３階）でした。 眺望は全くダメです。 老朽化は想定済みでしたが、想像以上に老朽化していました。また、Wi-Fiが弱く使い物になりません。掃除も２日に１回でした。 それでも、このようなコンドミニアムはグアムではないと思います。車が必要な場所ですが、慣れている方にはお勧めかな。

Il PIC è l'hotel più ricco e divertente di Guam per bambini, tranne che alcune strutture della stanza sono vecchie. My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

Albergo di TUMON, che è stato rinnovato per circa un mese, e che è stato la proprietà perfetta per noi mentre in remoto lavoro/vacanza su Guam visitando la famiglia e gli amici durante la pausa estiva dei nostri figli. L'hotel aveva appena completato la loro rinovazione e conversione in un hotel boutique appena ristrutturato. Abbiamo anche amato la vista di Tumon Bay e il sole di It dalla nostra suite. La struttura è anche situata in centro a Tumon, dove abbiamo fatto la passeggiata quotidiana alla spiaggia di Fujita, che era a circa 5 minuti a piedi, e la principale shopping di Tumon ***** che era a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci hanno accolto con lo spirito di Hafa Adai, hanno prestato attenzione alle esigenze della nostra famiglia durante il nostro soggiorno, e a volte qualche passo avanti nell’assicurare un buon soggiorno. Questi individui includono (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, e Jamie) Un paio di individui specifici che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale, erano Oz e Misty. The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.

L'unico negativo che ho è che alcuni aspetti di questo hotel sono date/in bisogno di riparazione, ma non è troppo male. Ok, forse un secondo negativo è la musica notturna nel lobby che i miei collaboratori potevano sentire dalle loro stanze in piano inferiore. L'interno dell'hotel è aperto tutto il cammino verso il top (21 piani). La musica non era una questione per me, ma ero al 20° piano. Ora per il positivo.... La vicinanza alla città è grande - si può camminare a shopping e cena. La spiaggia era eccellente e a destra della baia tranquilla. Ci è un luogo di noleggio di attrezzature sportive acqua sulla spiaggia a destra della piscina dell'hotel. È possibile ottenere molto tutto ciò di cui avresti bisogno, tranne attrezzature motorizzate. Ho affittato un tavolo da padella e ho goduto di padellare intorno alla baia per qualche ora e lo consiglierei molto. Ci sono sedie e ombrelle sulla spiaggia. Ci è anche una grande piscina di stile resort con bar. Le bevande erano buone e a prezzi accessibili. Sebbene ci possa essere un po' di aggiornamento della zona della piscina (forse lavoro di patch di cemento e dipinto), sembrava che la lavorassero perché la seconda, la piscina più piccola e il tubo caldo erano in fase di ristrutturazione. -Check-in: Arrived at 3:30pm, Staff was nice but I think her shift was over and she was ready to leave because halfway she left me complete the check-in process with another agent without saying a word. Had to wait maybe 15-20 mins for our room to be ready. -Room: My family and I stayed for 2 nights at the Bayview. Rooms were nice but after a while my nose felt stuffy, then I saw how dusty the room was. I had to open the balcony door to let some air in because of the dust. On the 3rd floor, it's hard to get a good view because the concrete is so high, a short person like me had to tippy-toe to see over. Also, the balcony was kinda dirty from the grime on the tiles, it was really slippery so I told my daughter not to come out. The good thing was it was close to the pool and lounge. -Food: there really wasn't much places in the hotel to get food. We had club lounge access but breakfast was mainly just like ”continental style”. Didn't really mind it, as long as we ate. Cocktail time was confusing for us, we had to walk outside for our drinks, go inside to eat. So you'd have to choose to bring your food outside, or drinks inside. There were no drinks served inside so it was difficult especially when the weather was bad and I had my kid. Also, I was told different times for cocktail by front desk and the bar. They stopped serving drinks at 8pm, which is the time most people end dinner... Usually people drink cocktails after dinner so I was confused why they'd end at such an early time. Also there were only like 2-3 choices of food during cocktail time. So it was either, eat a REALLY early dinner so I can enjoy time with my other half for cocktail, or late dinner. I dont know it was very confusing. -Service: The service was okay at best. I asked for plates to eat takeout (they didn't have plates or cutlery to give, even from the lounge. It's like they didn't even try to find a way to help) So we had to walk back to the restaurant to ask. Then I saw housekeeping and kindly asked for extra towels, they just gave me a blank look and had me follow her to the storage room to get towels. I totally understand how it's not like a 5 star hotel, but i'd think a hotel that's closely tied to Dusit would get the same customer service / hospitality training. Like smiling at the guests or trying to help us solve small problems, or even communicating with other departments about times / schedules. Overrall, we enjoyed ourselves at the pool and room.

The answer is yes, we had an excellent experience! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and all the staff there greeted us with smiles as we passed by. The small cafe there has delicious breads, cakes and cookies that I kept going back for more. The room was very cozy and clean, we loved the spacious bathroom and the balcony that has the best sunset view! To finish it off, we love swimming in the pools there, great place to take pictures for Instagram with their amazing beach like infinity pool and small cabana rooms! If you guys like my review, try it out, you won’t regret it.

Nel mio 64 anni e innumerevoli soggiorni di hotel non sono mai stato così scontroso e trattato così male. Dopo un annullamento di volo un compagno di viaggio e me sono stati prenotati in questo hotel e dicendo che era un hotel di bilancio con una navetta. Il conducente della navetta ha chiesto un Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, il desk front, che credo sia il proprietario, ha iniziato a discutere con il conducente e a chiedere un altro $12. non sapevamo che era $12.. abbiamo iniziato a sostenere che eravamo stati condannati. alla fine ho pagato i $12 e Il proprietario non era ancora soddisfatto e continuava a discutere in qualche inglese rotto che credo abbia contribuito alla confusione. Mi sono stancato e frustrato di 24 ore volare e mangiare snack per 2 giorni ho dovuto sedermi sul pavimento nel lobby. Quando ho cercato di spiegare ancora una volta, il tizio ha detto: ”Stai zitto”, a quel punto ho perso il mio temperamento e ho detto che andavamo via. Dopo aver sedeto fuori, abbiamo trovato qualcuno che ci chiamava un taxi e andava in un altro hotel.
