Hotel in zona Little Sigua Falls, Guam

Era per giocare a golf, la stagione povera non è sempre pioggia, e il fango può provare la gamma di guida. Sotto l'epidemia di tre anni, ci sono alcuni segni tropicali sulla superficie delle case di strutture vacanze, che non hanno alcuna gestione. Si stima che i costi di lavoro siano troppo costosi e si può incontrare un arresto elettrico a breve termine, ma l'igiene delle strutture interne è ancora buona, tranne il fiore di fiori meraviglioso.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è buono e spesso è un trattamento VVVIP.Desidero tornare a normalizzare il prima possibile!

I had a wonderful experience at the SureStay by Best Western Guam Airport South. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating, kudos to miss Sherry Soliva, she was very consistent with checking on their guest’s needs. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guam.

E'un po' lontano dal centro di Tumon, quindi e' un po' scomodo se non lo noleggi, ma e' una scelta molto buona per coloro che vogliono usarlo tranquillamente e confortevolmente come ho noleggiato un resort :-) Il personale era anche molto amichevole. Dopo due notti a Riga Royal, mi sono trasferito a Dujit Beach per altre due notti, e Dujit Beach si sentiva così rumorosa. La piscina infinita è bella e la vista sul mare è molto buona. Non ho usato colazione, e le condizioni e le strutture sono un po 'invecchiate. Ma non mi aspettavo, ma era molto meglio di quanto pensassi non fosse troppo umido e pulito E' un buon hotel economico!

Tre stelle in generale, ma le diede quattro stelle per il personale molto amichevole e accogliente. Mentre alcuni dei servizi sanitari potrebbero essere stati un po' meglio, soprattutto perché Covid-19 probabilmente ci ha resi ipervigilanti, erano sempre felici di concedere le nostre varie richieste e andavano oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno esteso fosse così piacevole e conveniente come - Possibile.

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Guam for over three months, I was there helping with the Typhoon Mawar recovery clean up, working long hours, 7 days a week, and the most important part of the day was finishing the shift and going to a place where if feels like home and relax, get a nice hot shower and relax in a comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Everyone who works there has always been attentive and willing to help with anything we need to have the best stay ever. Very quiet place which is a plus because It allows me to rest after a long work day! Thank you for everything!!

I usually read reviews before booking a vacation hotel especially if it's an extended stay. However, since this is not my first time visit in Guam and well, it really is just a vacation in Guam (We are from Saipan), I didn't think much of it. As our vacation was nearing though, I decided to check on this hotel in TripAdvisor. Oh boy. After I read ”you get what you paid for” in one of the reviews, I got a bit worried. I wanted to cancel my reservation. My wife, however insisted to stay with this hotel. I am glad I listened to my wife :) Our stay here was not bad at all, as most review here. I am happy to recommend this place. It's not perfect but it serves our purpose comfortably. The room we had - 4207 was huge for 3 people. We had a patio view of the garden and poolside which was nice. There's 2 full size beds, an open space for living room, a dining table for 4 (or more), full size kitchen area, and two full size bathroom with entry sinks and closets. The overall suite was clean. No frills. The kitchen area have everything you need, pots, pans, plates, utensils, microwave, stovetop and fridge. The room service was also to our liking. They come daily with fresh towels and linens. The bathroom was clean, has removable shower heads with strong water pressure. They don't have toiletries for you so you have to buy or bring your own. Which was not an issue to us. For safety, the building have an entry door lock which can only be opened by our room card keys. There's also securities on foot and by car roaming around the facility. Our bed was comfortable but my son's bed was a little tilted on one side which didn't bother him much (maybe because he is lighter than me :/). I would have complained if it was the only bed. The location of this hotel is also convenient for us. If you want to walk, there's eateries and Circle K within a couple of blocks. By car, everything seems approx 5-10mins drive. K-Mart is only approx 3-5mins drive. Some issues: Our key cards didn't seem to work properly. We had to have it change and re-access 3x. One card would work while the other card won't or vice versa. A hassle to have it changed because we are three building over the main building where the reception desk is located. The ladies at the front desk on our first day was not friendly at all. No smiles to greet us. No welcoming feeling or aura. They actually look moody or a little angry. They also told us that they charge full day rate for an early check-in but we informed them that we spoke to Jason the day before and he said it's half a day rate. In the end, they gave us the half a rate begrudgingly. They didn't even give us a proper instructions on where to find the elevator or our building. We had to ask. After that initial bad impression, I got really quiet and worried walking to our building. There's that ”o-oh” feeling. Then we saw the old elevator with a light smell of trash(?). Another ”o oh”. La coppia ha soggiornato due notti nella suite di vacanza dall'inizio dell'anno.So che l'hotel è molto vecchio, ma la stanza è grande, ma la luce della stanza è molto oscura, solo un supporto ２.Sono entrato nell'hotel dopo le tre, ma ho sentito che non ho finito di pulire, quindi sto aspettando di finire. Il giorno dopo, non importa quante volte sono tornato fuori, la stanza non ha pulito. Sono venuto dopo le sette della notte. Mi sono rilassato dopo la cena, quindi ho rifiutato.Ho vissuto in tutti i paesi e in tutti gli hotel, ma è la prima volta che sono così tardi. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, ma un po'deluso.

Albergo di TUMON, che è stato rinnovato per circa un mese, e che è stato la proprietà perfetta per noi mentre in remoto lavoro/vacanza su Guam visitando la famiglia e gli amici durante la pausa estiva dei nostri figli. L'hotel aveva appena completato la loro rinovazione e conversione in un hotel boutique appena ristrutturato. Abbiamo anche amato la vista di Tumon Bay e il sole di It dalla nostra suite. La struttura è anche situata in centro a Tumon, dove abbiamo fatto la passeggiata quotidiana alla spiaggia di Fujita, che era a circa 5 minuti a piedi, e la principale shopping di Tumon ***** che era a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci hanno accolto con lo spirito di Hafa Adai, hanno prestato attenzione alle esigenze della nostra famiglia durante il nostro soggiorno, e a volte qualche passo avanti nell’assicurare un buon soggiorno. Questi individui includono (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, e Jamie) Un paio di individui specifici che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale, erano Oz e Misty. Oz Lobby Host, costantemente ci ha salutati quando partimmo dall'hotel per lanciare il nostro giorno e ci ha accolti la sera quando tornammo dall'hotel dal nostro giorno divertente e divertente. Oz ci avrebbe anche controllato per assicurarci che avremmo un buon soggiorno. La nostra ospite di camera era costantemente in servizio, e avrebbe controllato costantemente se avessimo bisogno di un'altra camera durante il nostro soggiorno. I miei figli amavano anche la cura che Misty aveva messo nei loro animali. In generale un soggiorno fantastico, e ci aspettiamo di rimanere di nuovo e consigliere Hotel Tano ai nostri amici e familiari che stanno cercando un hotel a Guam.

Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non era troppo lontano dalla principale via dello shopping, quindi era sufficiente passeggiare! Le strutture sono vecchie e obsolete. La prima camera matrimoniale con vista sull'oceano che ho prenotato era al piano inferiore e non è stata ristrutturata. Era una stanza molto arretrata, ovviamente anche la vista non è buona. L'ho ricevuto al 3° piano, ma era troppo basso, quindi sono salito al 6° piano senza costi aggiuntivi. Sono andato nella camera doppia, ma le strutture in quella stanza erano anche peggiori... Era come una stanza abbandonata Quando provo ad usarlo, il bagno fa molto rumore È una stanza alla fine dell'ascensore, quindi sono incinta ed è così difficile andare in giro, quindi sono disposto a pagare un supplemento, quindi ho chiesto un upgrade della camera, ed era gratis e un 7° posto migliore pavimento Grazie mille per essere passato a una camera ristrutturata. Da allora, mi sono sentito a mio agio! Per prima cosa controlla le condizioni della stanza e chiedi una sostituzione. Assicurati di ascoltarmi! Le foto 1-3 sono camere non ristrutturate 4-5 è una stanza chiusa e ho chiesto di aggiungere un letto singolo.

-Check-in: Arrived at 3:30pm, Staff was nice but I think her shift was over and she was ready to leave because halfway she left me complete the check-in process with another agent without saying a word. Had to wait maybe 15-20 mins for our room to be ready. -Room: My family and I stayed for 2 nights at the Bayview. Rooms were nice but after a while my nose felt stuffy, then I saw how dusty the room was. I had to open the balcony door to let some air in because of the dust. On the 3rd floor, it's hard to get a good view because the concrete is so high, a short person like me had to tippy-toe to see over. Also, the balcony was kinda dirty from the grime on the tiles, it was really slippery so I told my daughter not to come out. The good thing was it was close to the pool and lounge. -Food: there really wasn't much places in the hotel to get food. We had club lounge access but breakfast was mainly just like ”continental style”. Didn't really mind it, as long as we ate. Cocktail time was confusing for us, we had to walk outside for our drinks, go inside to eat. So you'd have to choose to bring your food outside, or drinks inside. There were no drinks served inside so it was difficult especially when the weather was bad and I had my kid. Also, I was told different times for cocktail by front desk and the bar. They stopped serving drinks at 8pm, which is the time most people end dinner... Usually people drink cocktails after dinner so I was confused why they'd end at such an early time. Also there were only like 2-3 choices of food during cocktail time. So it was either, eat a REALLY early dinner so I can enjoy time with my other half for cocktail, or late dinner. I dont know it was very confusing. -Service: The service was okay at best. I asked for plates to eat takeout (they didn't have plates or cutlery to give, even from the lounge. It's like they didn't even try to find a way to help) So we had to walk back to the restaurant to ask. Then I saw housekeeping and kindly asked for extra towels, they just gave me a blank look and had me follow her to the storage room to get towels. I totally understand how it's not like a 5 star hotel, but i'd think a hotel that's closely tied to Dusit would get the same customer service / hospitality training. Like smiling at the guests or trying to help us solve small problems, or even communicating with other departments about times / schedules. Overrall, we enjoyed ourselves at the pool and room.
