Hotel in zona Liguan Park Recreational Area 1, Guam

The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.

Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non era troppo lontano dalla principale via dello shopping, quindi era sufficiente passeggiare! Le strutture sono vecchie e obsolete. La prima camera matrimoniale con vista sull'oceano che ho prenotato era al piano inferiore e non è stata ristrutturata. Era una stanza molto arretrata, ovviamente anche la vista non è buona. L'ho ricevuto al 3° piano, ma era troppo basso, quindi sono salito al 6° piano senza costi aggiuntivi. Sono andato nella camera doppia, ma le strutture in quella stanza erano anche peggiori... Era come una stanza abbandonata Quando provo ad usarlo, il bagno fa molto rumore È una stanza alla fine dell'ascensore, quindi sono incinta ed è così difficile andare in giro, quindi sono disposto a pagare un supplemento, quindi ho chiesto un upgrade della camera, ed era gratis e un 7° posto migliore pavimento Grazie mille per essere passato a una camera ristrutturata. Da allora, mi sono sentito a mio agio! Per prima cosa controlla le condizioni della stanza e chiedi una sostituzione. Assicurati di ascoltarmi! Le foto 1-3 sono camere non ristrutturate 4-5 è una stanza chiusa e ho chiesto di aggiungere un letto singolo.

Albergo di TUMON, che è stato rinnovato per circa un mese, e che è stato la proprietà perfetta per noi mentre in remoto lavoro/vacanza su Guam visitando la famiglia e gli amici durante la pausa estiva dei nostri figli. L'hotel aveva appena completato la loro rinovazione e conversione in un hotel boutique appena ristrutturato. Abbiamo anche amato la vista di Tumon Bay e il sole di It dalla nostra suite. La struttura è anche situata in centro a Tumon, dove abbiamo fatto la passeggiata quotidiana alla spiaggia di Fujita, che era a circa 5 minuti a piedi, e la principale shopping di Tumon ***** che era a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci hanno accolto con lo spirito di Hafa Adai, hanno prestato attenzione alle esigenze della nostra famiglia durante il nostro soggiorno, e a volte qualche passo avanti nell’assicurare un buon soggiorno. Oz Lobby Host, costantemente ci ha salutati quando partimmo dall'hotel per lanciare il nostro giorno e ci ha accolti la sera quando tornammo dall'hotel dal nostro giorno divertente e divertente. My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

Ok, siamo ancora qui in mezzo a un soggiorno di due mesi su Guam. Era al primo posto, poiché l'Hotel Garden Villa ha alcune recensioni miste sulla sua età e alcune sul servizio ... Sì, è un po' vecchio e indossato, ma mantengono le terre bene, la posizione è grande, e contrariamente a alcune recensioni: il personale (ricevimento e custodia) è meraviglioso e attento. No, non è il Westin o Dusit Thani .... Questo è un hotel a 3 stelle sicuro e pulito per chi vuole risparmiare qualche denaro e non si sbagli perché il con aereo non è il modello di quest'anno o perché c'è polvere sulla sedia della finestra. Per me consiglio questo posto per le famiglie o i viaggiatori soli.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Guam for over three months, I was there helping with the Typhoon Mawar recovery clean up, working long hours, 7 days a week, and the most important part of the day was finishing the shift and going to a place where if feels like home and relax, get a nice hot shower and relax in a comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Everyone who works there has always been attentive and willing to help with anything we need to have the best stay ever. Very quiet place which is a plus because It allows me to rest after a long work day! Thank you for everything!!
