The room was clean for the most part. However, I think they forgot the clean the bathroom. It wasn't to bad though. The beds and pillows were soft. The fire alarm went off the next morning about 6:30, which scared the s*** out of us, but it was a false alarm. We will definitely stay again.

Price and staff exceptional. Some furniture excessive wear need replacing. Tables and surfaces not wiped free of dust and debris but not a deal breaker. Clorox wipe resolved in 2 minutes. Freezer in the refrigerator needed cleaning. But won't stop me from staying again!!!!

There was stuff left in my room from a previous guest. My room was also dusty(on top of the microwave and on ALL the wood surfaces)…

The room was not cleaned well. Small bits of trash and such. Closest shower I have ever had in a hotel.

Didnt particularly like anything about the property. Wasn't bad overall but ive definitely stayed in way nicer hotels for the same price. Interior paint job in rooms was subpar. Outdated tv/remote and the beds were less than comfortable

This was the worst stay we have had in Augusta. The hotel smelled of **** and I was there with my daughter. The room was not cleaned to the expectation that we had. It was horrible!!!!
