Avendo il cane ci hanno fornito una camera al piano terra con portafinestra che dava direttamente sull'esterno e parcheggio auto riservato davanti alla portafinestra. Camera bellissima e molto spaziosa con pavimento in legno, letto enorme, bagno sia con vasca che con doccia, entrambe molto grandi. Ottima la pulizia. Presenti macchinetta del caffè e bollitore. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto del cane con snack naturali. Il prezzo un po' alto, soprattutto per la colazione non incusa nel soggiorno.

Questa è stata la quarta volta che abbiamo soggiornato nel mercato. Un bel hotel. Le camere sono ben arredate, comode e con tutti i comfort. La posizione è super. Alla parte anteriore si guardano il Grand Market. Alla parte posteriore del Forum. Parcheggio è facile nel parcheggio sotto il Forum.
Eravamo amichevoli alla reception, eravamo troppo presto per entrare, ma potevamo rilasciare il nostro bagaglio per poter entrare in città. I Nachi vegetarici e il pane carpaccio hanno saputo bene.
Il colazione era anche fantastico, in breve, un consiglio per stare in questo hotel.

· Hotel Halbert are doing everything right to ensure that guests have an excellent stay. Every member of staff that we dealt with was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to assist. Our arrival was 4 1/2 hours late which meant early hours of the morning arrival but we were given excellent directions and were met by the night porter. Our messages to the hotel were promptly replied to and informative. Two days of our stay we had an early start so would have missed breakfast but we were given very good 'breakfast bags to go' which we appreciated. The hotel breakfast is very good. The room was well-equipped and very generous in size. Disliked · Never thought that I'd ever write this in a review but actually there was nothing we didn't like and we would love to return to this beautiful city and Hotel Halbert

Superb place, so lucky to have found it. Problem before we came with my payment cards in UK, Rick called me, got this sorted out in no time. On arrival, check in was faultless, very easy. Friendly welcoming staff. We had some beers on the rooftop bar, again, staff there were excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast was buffet style, good selection, nice and fresh.

During my recent business trip. I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly I accidentally left my phone holder in the room upon checking out when I called to enquire about it. The hotel staff didn’t bother to check with housekeeping and simply stated that they couldn’t find it. Additionally, on a different location. My wife urgently needed to reach me regarding our child, but the hotel staff refused to transfer the call to my room, claiming it wasn’t allowed. This was a major concern as it prevented unnecessary and time sensitive communication. Furthermore, during one of my interactions with the Staff lady mentioned that I had two rooms under my name, even though I had only booked one. When I enquired about this this discrepancy, she seemed unsure and said there might be another guest with a similar name which was unprofessional and confusing, overall I found a service and communication at this hotel to be is severely lacking medically in critical situations. I would recommend that the hotel improves its responsiveness to training and communication procedures to provide a more satisfactory and professional experience, for its guests.I checked out on the 06/11/23 in the morning.

From the moment we arrived until the very last minute we were treated with unprecedented pampering! Elisa was there from beginning to end and along with her manager made our short stay during a heatwave season a wonderfully pleasant surprise. The shower, the bed and breakfast were great. Beyond that though, the understanding in accommodating our needs when we arrived before the check-in time and needed a place to get changed for the wedding was such a nice treat. Also the several discounts and facilitation of processes whenever possible was something we had never experienced before. We are certainly coming back and recommending this hotel! Congratulations on the quality of your service. Also really nice to see the incentive for reducing impact on the environment by offering vouchers whenever we skip a day on getting the room to be cleaned.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, ma molto breve. Arriviamo presto alla serata e il personale è stato grande quando entrammo nella porta sbagliata dell'hotel e ci hanno portati alla ricezione. Il check-in era efficiente e veloce, e siamo andati in una spaziosa, pulita e molto tranquilla stanza che guardava i campi. Le letti erano pulite e confortevoli, il bagno era pulito con acqua calda e le tole erano buone. Ci sono molte grandi sculture e arte sulle pareti. L'unico punto debole è stato il colazione con opzioni limitate calde, senza tostapane e senza caffè decaffeinato dalla macchina del caffè o borse di qualche tipo. Altrimenti, un buon soggiorno.

We picked the place because NO OTHER hotel in the area would give us a room for 3 (we travelled with our over 12 yo daughter) All was reasonable (service, cleanliness). We thought the breakfast was overpriced, so we did not buy it. Also, noise level was reasonable, but our room was facing away from the highway, so be aware. Quite far from Groningen if that’s your target

UUtente ospiteLa nostra camera era molto confortevole con buona luce, comoda tavola e sedie, e la stazione di caffè. Le scale nei Paesi Bassi sono strette con piccoli passi. Riconosci solo che questo è normale e parte dell'esperienza. Abbiamo avuto un errore onesto che si è verificato in camera 30G. Tuttavia, la gestione è stata molto risponsabile alla nostra preoccupazione e ha assicurato che siamo felici della nostra esperienza complessiva. Grazie per aver fatto questa esperienza molto positiva.

La camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto grande e luminosissima. La struttura è in una splendida posizione della città, a due passi dal centro e dai più importanti supermercati, collegata in maniera eccellente alla stazione ferroviaria (bus. n. 1 e 10). Essendo una residenza per studenti, l'atmosfera è meravigliosa. C'è un pub e un ristorante e spazi comuni dove passare splendide serate. Lo staff, costituito da ragazzi giovanissimi sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessita, sembra conoscano il nome degli ospiti. Ci ritorneremo!!!

Apri la doccia non appena entrate in una stanza che non ho visto il punto di e il pavimento della doccia è diventato molto slippery quando si usava sapone o condizionatore- essere attento. Le camere sono belle, luminose e aria.Abbiamo fatto l'errore di lasciare le finestre aperte e mi sono morso di mosche in tutto il viso, così meglio di tenermi chiuse.Servizio in camera era efficiente- cibo era ok. Abbiamo soggiornato a Ghent vdv la notte precedente, così avevamo grandi aspettative - non era così buono ma era ok. La colazione era ok. La cosa più importante era che il personale era sorprendente, non poteva essere più utile. Avevo davvero apprezzato il nostro tempo a Groningen e rimarrebbe ancora

Il bagno era molto grande e dotato di doccia e bagno. Anche un grande televisore con programmi tedeschi era disponibile. Il buffet per colazione era molto buono e molto prezioso per un hotel con 15,50! In ogni caso, torneremo e possiamo consigliare questo hotel al 100%!

UUtente anonimoHotel ubicato in posizione verde e con lago antistante. Panorama molto rilassante dalle stanze e dallo spazio all'aperto dedicato a colazioni e pasti. Colazione molto varia, sia per la parte dolce che per quella salata (diversi tipi di cereali, centrifugati freschi, salmone, etc). Divertente soprattutto per i bambini la piscina ed il noleggio barche. Un po' distante dal centro. Da migliorare la pulizie delle stanze, inoltre non abbiamo apprezzato la difficoltà riscontrata nello spegnimento dell'aria condizionata (subordinata all'apertura delle finestre, ma non cessata neppure dopo un'ora dall'apertura).

From the moment we arrived until the very last minute we were treated with unprecedented pampering! Elisa was there from beginning to end and along with her manager made our short stay during a heatwave season a wonderfully pleasant surprise. The shower, the bed and breakfast were great. Beyond that though, the understanding in accommodating our needs when we arrived before the check-in time and needed a place to get changed for the wedding was such a nice treat. Also the several discounts and facilitation of processes whenever possible was something we had never experienced before. We are certainly coming back and recommending this hotel! Congratulations on the quality of your service. Also really nice to see the incentive for reducing impact on the environment by offering vouchers whenever we skip a day on getting the room to be cleaned.

UUtente ospiteWe are using this hotel for years for business purposes. It's a shame that level 1 and 2 rooms are so old and never been renovated for years. We usually stay in level 4 rooms, but not this time. The room on level 1 didn't have any air conditioning, and it was too hot to have a decent sleep even with opened window; and it was noisy as well... Mattress too soft (poor quality) that you end up with back pain. Breakfast quality is not the same as well. Orange juice dispenser was switched off one hour earlier before the breakfast finishes. Bacon was just not eatable... etc.
