Hotel in zona Kongerne af Grindsted, Grindsted

Arrivo alle 6:00, ha avuto una stanza. La stanza non era pulita, il letto non era fresco. Lamentato. La signora dalla ricezione è andata in camera, è tornata dopo 5 minutibn-ora è fatto. Ha solo piegato il letto, non fresco, il bagno non è pulito. Voleva andarmene. Mi ha dato una stanza fresca. Ho dormito. A ore 11:00 mi sono svegliata da un fischio a bassa porta. mi ha spaventato. Aperto. Sicurezza e cuoco. Mi è stato detto di lasciare l'hotel immediatamente. Chiesto perché. Non c'è spiegazione. Volevo parlare con il manager, che non sarebbe possibile, dovevo vestirsi e svestirsi davanti ai signori, aspettando nella pioggia che cade per la cabina. A un'ora ho trovato un altro hotel. Ho scritto un'e-mail al manager, chiamato - non c'è contatto possibile. Ho un trauma fino ad oggi. Fortunatamente i bambini non erano là. Come mi ha detto un impiegato dell'hotel, la signora alla ricezione non era resistente allo stress. Era arrabbiata con me perché volevo una stanza fresca. Ha detto al manager circa le 10:00 che ero aggressiva, che non era vero. Era calma e orientata alla soluzione. Il manager non chiede nemmeno al suo ospite, l'ha svegliato forzamente e scacciato dall'hotel. Incredibile. Tutti i membri del personale mi sembrano oppressi e temuti di parlare. Mani fuori da questo hotel, posso solo avvertire tutti. Qualcosa come questo è matura per la TV, ma non per le famiglie e i visitatori di Legoland. Inoltre, è a teeing con moschee.

We stayed at Hestkaer Family Rooms in June 2023 for 3 nights. English Family of 4, kids aged 6 & 12. We chose to stay in one of the school themed apartment rooms with a private bathroom and kitchenette. This was the first flight abroad due to Covid etc for our 6 year old and first time any of us had been to Denmark. The flight is only 1hr 25mins from UK. We booked just the week before, direct flights with Ryanair & booked the accommodation direct with Hestkaer Family Rooms for the best price. What a surprisingly good success! Hestkaer Family Rooms is great for families with children. The owner Christian is a great guy, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late but a short taxi ride to the accommodation with no problems. First day we explored the many inclusive facilities at Hestkaer Family Rooms. Trampolines, crazy golf, badminton, kids go carts, skateboards, climbing frames, kids zip wire, animals -rabbits goats pigs, Lego, games room with pool table, air hockey table, darts, Nintendo & PlayStation games & kids even watched the annoying YouTube nonsense that they like on TV etc etc etc there is loads of things to choose from. We bought supplies for breakfast and lunches from the local supermarket which is 15min walk. The bus stop is also nearby to the supermarket. We travelled by bus (easy, clean & cheap) throughout the rest of our stay. (just check timetable ahead) We ate out for tea in Grinstead which was a short bus ride. away. Then back to relax and enjoy the facilities again at Hestkaer Family Rooms. Day two we visited Legoland (brilliant & not crowded), took a packed lunch with us that we'd made up at the family rooms. We stopped off again in the town of Grinstead for pizzas for tea then bus again back to Hestkaer Family Rooms. Day three, checkout at 11am, paid Christian for the bedding and towels and then we enjoyed the facilities again at Hestkaer Family Rooms for the rest of our last day. We used the communal kitchen and dining room on this last day as we were welcome to stay until we left by bus for the airport for a late flight home. Hestkaer Family Rooms is an informal, relaxed hostel which felt safe for our kids to explore and we could easily find them when we were ready to go out. We played pool, air hockey and relaxed with a glass of wine (just remember to buy it from the supermarket) while the kids enjoyed everything. Hestkaer Family Rooms is not a hotel with fluffy bathrobes and chocolate on the pillow but it is an old school that's now being used for families as a great base whilst visiting Denmark. Denmark was lovely and clean and we only met nice people. We recommend Hestkaer Family Rooms and would love to return and explore more of Denmark. Un accogliente piccolo ospite con divertenti tende. Per le nostre 2 notti tutto era là e ci siamo sentiti molto bene. La nostra tenda era ben riscaldata e assolutamente pulita. Il piccolo bagno è funzionale e la doccia è buona. Ci sono un frigorifero e un cuoco d'acqua. Al quarto, naturalmente è già finito, ma è abbastanza per 2 notti. Abbiamo ordinato anche il buffet per colazione, che era possibile per pochi soldi. La colazione era molto buona e abbondante. Caffè, tè e succo erano inclusi. La nostra permanenza in Hodde Kro è stata molto bella. Grazie

La stanza è pulita, la colazione è ricco, molto buona. Oltre a un po'di suono sul pavimento, le scale sono molto attenti e gli altri sono molto buoni. Suggerimento di amicizia: soggiorno di autoassistenza, la reception è al secondo piano.

Il paesaggio è fantastico e ci sono molte strutture di intrattenimento per bambini vicino, e ci sono possibilità di andare.

Sembra un hotel della catena in Danimarca, molto confortevole. Lo stile è unificato, tutti sono self check-in. Puoi controllare a questo punto, altrimenti dovrai pagare un extra. Quel che più lascia senza parole è che ci sono dei forni a microonde che non possono essere utilizzati dagli ospiti, possono solo riscaldare le pappe per i bambini e i loro ristoranti, il che è molto avaro. Molto vicino all'aeroporto, cinque minuti a piedi direttamente. Ci vogliono 30 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il parco divertimenti.Si consiglia di raggiungere a piedi l'aeroporto e poi prendere l'autobus per il parco. Il prezzo dell'hotel è costoso, circa 1.000 a notte, ma questo prezzo è praticamente lo stesso vicino a questo parco.

Hotel molto accogliente in un villaggio con molto affascinante. E 'un hotel che non manca di dettaglio lusso. Camera con ingresso dall'esterno con parcheggio privato che è molto comodo. I lavoratori sono molto gentili e vi facilitano molto il vostro soggiorno. La colazione a buffet è di lusso. Ripetere al 100%
