Arrivo alle 6:00, ha avuto una stanza. La stanza non era pulita, il letto non era fresco. Lamentato. La signora dalla ricezione è andata in camera, è tornata dopo 5 minutibn-ora è fatto. Ha solo piegato il letto, non fresco, il bagno non è pulito. Voleva andarmene. Mi ha dato una stanza fresca. Ho dormito. A ore 11:00 mi sono svegliata da un fischio a bassa porta. mi ha spaventato. Aperto. Sicurezza e cuoco. Mi è stato detto di lasciare l'hotel immediatamente. Chiesto perché. Non c'è spiegazione. Volevo parlare con il manager, che non sarebbe possibile, dovevo vestirsi e svestirsi davanti ai signori, aspettando nella pioggia che cade per la cabina. A un'ora ho trovato un altro hotel. Ho scritto un'e-mail al manager, chiamato - non c'è contatto possibile. Ho un trauma fino ad oggi. Fortunatamente i bambini non erano là. Come mi ha detto un impiegato dell'hotel, la signora alla ricezione non era resistente allo stress. Era arrabbiata con me perché volevo una stanza fresca. Ha detto al manager circa le 10:00 che ero aggressiva, che non era vero. Era calma e orientata alla soluzione. Il manager non chiede nemmeno al suo ospite, l'ha svegliato forzamente e scacciato dall'hotel. Incredibile. Tutti i membri del personale mi sembrano oppressi e temuti di parlare. Mani fuori da questo hotel, posso solo avvertire tutti. Qualcosa come questo è matura per la TV, ma non per le famiglie e i visitatori di Legoland. Inoltre, è a teeing con moschee.

We stayed at Hestkaer Family Rooms in June 2023 for 3 nights. English Family of 4, kids aged 6 & 12. We chose to stay in one of the school themed apartment rooms with a private bathroom and kitchenette. This was the first flight abroad due to Covid etc for our 6 year old and first time any of us had been to Denmark. The flight is only 1hr 25mins from UK. We booked just the week before, direct flights with Ryanair & booked the accommodation direct with Hestkaer Family Rooms for the best price. What a surprisingly good success! Hestkaer Family Rooms is great for families with children. The owner Christian is a great guy, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late but a short taxi ride to the accommodation with no problems. First day we explored the many inclusive facilities at Hestkaer Family Rooms. Trampolines, crazy golf, badminton, kids go carts, skateboards, climbing frames, kids zip wire, animals -rabbits goats pigs, Lego, games room with pool table, air hockey table, darts, Nintendo & PlayStation games & kids even watched the annoying YouTube nonsense that they like on TV etc etc etc there is loads of things to choose from. We bought supplies for breakfast and lunches from the local supermarket which is 15min walk. The bus stop is also nearby to the supermarket. We travelled by bus (easy, clean & cheap) throughout the rest of our stay. (just check timetable ahead) We ate out for tea in Grinstead which was a short bus ride. away. Then back to relax and enjoy the facilities again at Hestkaer Family Rooms. Day two we visited Legoland (brilliant & not crowded), took a packed lunch with us that we'd made up at the family rooms. We stopped off again in the town of Grinstead for pizzas for tea then bus again back to Hestkaer Family Rooms. Day three, checkout at 11am, paid Christian for the bedding and towels and then we enjoyed the facilities again at Hestkaer Family Rooms for the rest of our last day. We used the communal kitchen and dining room on this last day as we were welcome to stay until we left by bus for the airport for a late flight home. Hestkaer Family Rooms is an informal, relaxed hostel which felt safe for our kids to explore and we could easily find them when we were ready to go out. We played pool, air hockey and relaxed with a glass of wine (just remember to buy it from the supermarket) while the kids enjoyed everything. Hestkaer Family Rooms is not a hotel with fluffy bathrobes and chocolate on the pillow but it is an old school that's now being used for families as a great base whilst visiting Denmark. Denmark was lovely and clean and we only met nice people. We recommend Hestkaer Family Rooms and would love to return and explore more of Denmark. Un accogliente piccolo ospite con divertenti tende. Per le nostre 2 notti tutto era là e ci siamo sentiti molto bene. La nostra tenda era ben riscaldata e assolutamente pulita. Il piccolo bagno è funzionale e la doccia è buona. Ci sono un frigorifero e un cuoco d'acqua. Al quarto, naturalmente è già finito, ma è abbastanza per 2 notti. Abbiamo ordinato anche il buffet per colazione, che era possibile per pochi soldi. La colazione era molto buona e abbondante. Caffè, tè e succo erano inclusi. La nostra permanenza in Hodde Kro è stata molto bella. Grazie

Regalo di compleanno per mio figlio quattordicenne amante del Lego. A Billund ci aono due hotel a tema Lego, ho scelto questo in quanto molto carino per un amante di Harry Potter. Il castello si trova proprio accanto a LEGOLAND. .Ci sono 142 camere e si può scegliere dove si vuole soggiornare: la camera della principessa, quella del cavaliere drago o l'osservatorio magico del mago. Noi siamo stati nella terza tipologia, la Wizard room, davvero molto carina. La camera di 32 mq dispone di una zona notte separata per bambini con un letto a castello. Buona colazione dolce e salata. Gli interni del castello affascinano bambini ed adulti in un'atmofera magica.

Noi avevamo pernottato l'appartamento, camera matrimoniale con 1 letto matrimoniale e due singoli, soggiorno con 2 letti singoli, cucina e bagno, L'appartamento si trova in un seminterrato, ha un ricambio d'aria garantito da un ventilatore che io lo facevo andare tutto il giorno per spegnerlo la notte, le finestre ci sono e si possono aprire , ha un buon riscaldamento (da aprire poco sennò veramente diventa troppo caldo), ha tutte le comodità (forno, micronde, lavastoviglie), sono compresi sia gli ascugamani che le lenzuola, direi che c'è tutto quello che serve. Il padrone di casa Bjarne molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, sempre pronto per ogni vs richiesta. Obbligatorio avere l'auto per raggiungerlo (25 km da aeroporto billund), parcheggio privato disponibile. Disponibili esternamente una sabbiera e un tappeto per i salti, inoltre vi è anche disponibile un barbeque a gas. nelle vicinanze un bel parco giochi, due supermercati di alimentari (con cibi preconfezionati da riscaldare), distributore, ristoranti (anche da asporto)

È un bellissimo hotel. È molto comodo per viaggiare. È a 3 minuti a piedi dal Parco Legoland e a 5 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Billund. C'è una fermata dell'autobus all'ingresso del Parco Legoland -in è molto comodo La camera è pulita e igienica e la colazione è deliziosa Il personale all'interno è molto gentile Salutano tutti con un sorriso Altamente raccomandato.
