RECEPTION Siamo arrivati tardi, ma questa arrivo tardi era ben organizzato e ha funzionato senza problemi. Il giorno successivo l'iscrizione è andata senza problemi e il personale è stato molto amichevole e precoce in qualsiasi momento. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e attrezzate. La camera familiare è ideale - e molto equa al prezzo! FRUOTECK Questo è stato preso nel ristorante Cooper associato - e anche questo buffet è stato generoso, fresco e fine. POSIZIONE 2 minuti dal tram che va nel centro di Basler in pochi minuti. Con la mappa degli ospiti, il ÖV è in gioco - super! Possiamo solo consigliare questo hotel!

I had booked 3 rooms for myself and my family for 6 nights to visit the lovely city of Basel and the rest of Switzerland. Even though the country and city were beautiful there were a few things that were not acceptable. Firstly, I was disappointed that there were no complimentary water bottles in the rooms, unlike any other Marriott rooms I have stayed in. During our stay, Sarah was always kind enough to provide water bottles when asked which made our night. However when I asked for water again on our 3rd night via the Bonvoy App, someone very rudely rejected my request, as you can see in the below screenshot of the message from the app. It was not pleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable to ask for a bottle of water. Being a Platinum member I did not expect to be spoken to that way for a bottle of water. Secondly, on my last night, I spoke with Sarah regarding my F&B credit that I chose upon check-in and it was mentioned that I was entitled to 10CFH per person per room per night. I double checked if it could be accumulated and then used in one go and I was told I could, so I decided to have dinner with everyone on our last night. When I checked-out, a man who came from the restaurant and checked out my rooms, I confirmed with him if I could get my F&B credit applied and he said yes, he rushed my check out and went back to the restaurant. When I received my final invoice online a few hours later with only say 1 day's F&B credit applied and not all for the 6 nights I was led to believe I could have. I was told I could get 10CHF per person per room night which is 20 x 3= 60, 60 x 6 = 360 CHF F&B discount as per Sarah and that she would write notes on my reservation so that the discount could be applied. If you see my invoices attached below, only 20CHF was applied for the whole duration. Can you please apply the discount that I was verbally told and confirmed several times as I was ordering the food and as I was checking out and compensate/refund what was charged on my card? I am very upset that there was not cohesive communication between the receptionists, I was being given incorrect information every time I spoke to a different person at the Front Desk. Thirdly, I was only told by Sarah that my postcards would be sent complimentary as I asked how much it would cost, she mentioned it would be complimentary, yet I received a separate invoice for the postcards. I would not have minded paying however telling me it's free and then charging me is unfair and not truthful. Is it how Courtyard Basel treats all their guests? I would like to be compensated, if it was verbally spoken it would be, it should be free, not charged when I am not aware. Lastly, staying for 6 nights you'd expect the room to be cleaned not just tidied... however none of the water bottles that were finished and empty were removed from the room. for 3 consecutive nights, the empty water bottles were left in the room which by the time we left had accumulated into a pile o

Si trova accanto al fiume. Circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FFS di Basilea. Dal momento che è un budget è di dimensioni piuttosto compatte, basta avere spazio sufficiente per 2 persone. Come puoi vedere nessuna porta per il bagno. Tuttavia è pulito e abbiamo avuto una bella vista dalla finestra. Buono per un soggiorno di 1 notte.

Our 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.

Questa catena può diventare leader mondiale. Formula intelligentissima. Posizioni comode, sito prenotazioni preciso e veloce, camere essenziali ma letti comodissimi, pulizia al massimo, cambio biancheria preciso e ”green”, bagni piccoli con doccia ma efficienti, attenzione massima ai materiali di consumo, TV modernissime, ottime colazioni a prezzi buoni. Massima efficienza al check in senza check out, ottimi orari. Sempre ottimi parcheggi o addirittura garage gratuito. Prezzo camera irrisorio. Questo Hotel in specifico: ottima soluzione, hotel modernissimo perfettamente efficiente, ottima assistenza, camere nuove. Ottima pulizia. Garage gratuito ok - molto importante. Ottima colazione. Buona posizione di fronte ad un centro commerciale e vicinissimo ad una eccellente steakhouse (Mendoza).

sono venuti durante l'arte di Basilea, Tutti gli altri hanno scelto questo. L'hotel è nuovo, Il servizio non è problematico. L'hotel è pieno. Il piccolo problema è che l'hotel è in Germania, Il modo più primitivo per colpire il camion: Chiama la reception o fai un furgone sulla strada. E l'affitto è pronto per pagare il contante. Un po'difficile. Se la stazione ferroviaria vuole camminare tre minuti.

La stanza era buona con letti buoni e una doccia d'ingresso. Ci era un ufficio con sedia separata e un sedile (due sedie con tavolo). Cosa mancava era un cuoco d'acqua e fascicoli di tè/caffè. Aria condizionata e relativamente tranquillo. Il buffet era ampio e buono. Il ristorante ci ha ridotto il gusto (messico), ma è personale. L'ambiente diretto dell'hotel era disgustoso (area industriale). Si trova rapidamente a Basilea (circa 6 km dal centro).

L’hotel si trova nella periferia di Basilea molto comodo da raggiungere con l autobus se si proviene dall’aeroporto È decisamente di nuova costruzione e si sentiva ancora il “profumo di nuovo”.  Camere pulite e silenziose La colazione è servita già dalle 7 del mattino, cosa a me molto gradita. C’è abbastanza scelta fra dolce e salato anche se manca qualche elemento caldo. Non ci sono infatti frittata, bacon, verdure cotte , ma solo uova sode. È comunque consigliato anche per il prezzo adeguato
