Hotel con parcheggio a Grenoble

Hotel confortevole situato in posizione abbastanza centrale, in un quartiere tranquillo. Per chi viaggia in auto, è disponibile nelle vicinanze un garage comunale a pagamento. Personale dell’hotel educato ed accogliente. Esperienza globale positiva.

Brutta esperienza siamo due amici con le relative consorti prenotiamo albergo con garage ci dicono di sì arriviamo dicono che il garage c’è ma non è custodito c’è ne stavamo andando quando quello delle reception ci dice di mettere le due moto davanti che le vedeva lui a mezzanotte andiamo a dormire ripetiamo alla reception di quadrare le moto e lui ci assicurava dicendoci che le vedeva essendo davanti al banco della reception, alla mattina alle nove ci alziamo e troviamo la sorpresa che le moto non c’erano più nessuno sapeva niente quello della reception aveva smontato e non aveva avvisato né a noi né ai suoi colleghi , sé questa è serietà professionale di un Hôtel 4stelle L non salvaguardare i suoi clienti se non ci avesse assicurato che le moto erano sicure non le avremmo lasciate attenzione non lasciate mai le moto in hotel che non abbiamo garage privato

Consigliato!! Bella la struttura, camere spaziose e ben pulite come tutte le aree dell hotel Possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio sotterraneo al costo di 14 euro a giornata. Colazione Buona, ampia scelta di dolce e salato con uova bacon e affettato La sala colazione ben disposta. Personale gentile e disponibile Ubicato nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria

The Residhome Appart Hotel at the “Caserne de Bonne” in Grenoble was one of my classics in the pre-COVID era, and I came back to it recently in the context of a business trip to Grenoble. I was very happy to see that the excellent service, rooms and facilities are still in order. Obviously, we should not forget the amazing location of this hotel, right in the centre of Grenoble (with thus a bunch of shops and restaurants around). I therefore recommend it to anyone interested in a short visit to Grenoble. The room was very nice and clean, and large enough so that I could also work from it and prepare some refreshments in the kitchen space. My room only had a ceiling window, but I was not there for the view so that it was totally fine with me (although this may incommode some). Very importantly, the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. In my reservation, breakfast was included, and I must say that it is a bit better when compared with other hotels of the same category in the Rhone-Alpes region (all basics are there, including in particular a great selection of cheese). Finally, the personnel of the hotel are friendly and always helpful.

I picked the hotel for the secure car parking and nearby tram stop, as I had beeen told Grenoble centre parking was a nightmare. The hotel was a very pleasant suprise, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room, decent breakfast and 10 min tram ride to city centre. Grenoble is a great location for touring the mountains in the area. Very good value, I would happily stay again.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars, bust rest assured that if I had occasion to be back in Grenoble I’d happily stay here again. The good: The staff was absolutely lovely! Very nice, friendly, and helpful. I also liked the size of my room. I booked the largest room and was blown away by the amount of space! I especially loved the large walkout balcony and amazing views if the neighboring Parc Mistrel and surrounding mountains. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and I especially appreciated the large bathroom that was stocked with Clarins products. The living/dining area was great for entertaining and I loved relaxing in the loungers watching the TV at night before bed. I also appreciated all of the 1968 Olympic decor. Location was also nice as we were no more than a lovely 15 minute walk from the gare, tourist sites, and there was a grocery store right around the corner. The not so good: The hotel is showing its age and is in need of a remodel. It’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel where an actual key is required to open the door. The biggest issue I faced was the WiFi. On the day I arrived, the WiFi would only reliably connect from the living/dining room; if I were in the bedroom area it would connect. By around the last two days, the WiFi was completely broken and wouldn’t reliably connect anywhere in the room. This was not a huge problem as I did not NEED WiFi but the last night we were there we couldn’t even connect the TV to the WiFi (so no Netflix, YouTube, etc.). I did not partake in any of the food options offered by the hotel even though breakfast was included in my rate.

Il servizio è buono Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e la stanza è anche comoda. In generale, il rapporto prezzo è più alto Adatto per il viaggio commerciale e il viaggio stesso Nel complesso, gli hotel a quattro stelle all'estero non sono ancora di livello nazionale.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per 2 notti per motivi di lavoro; ha una struttura moderna a circa 1,5 km dal centro. Stanza ampia e confortevole, anche se non capisco perché non sia stata pulita il secondo giorno. Un po' troppo oneroso per essere a Grenoble.
