Very good budget accomodation. Friendly and helpful hotel owners. It is very conveniently located to the RNSH and has lovely walking tracks not far away. Our room was very quiet, considering it is located next to the highway. We had a leafy view that was lovely. The room had everything we needed and serviced daily. The bed was harder than I like and the room and facilities are a little dated, but priced accordingly. I would highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience, unfriendly stuff, will make you countable for anything happening in the premises, I called a couple of time as I was finding difficulties to brief during the night, the manager "Tony" told me I was allergic to pollen, in fact I turned the bed upside down and I found it was infested with black mould (The pictures are worth better then 1000 words) Black Mould !!! This motel has to be shut down !!! it's a Health Risk to Public
