The receptionist was very ****** and unprofessional as soon as I walked in the door and she seen that my old man was black and I was white she was a black woman that she was canceling my reservation she did not have to rent to me she had to have a reason not to rent to me and that she needs to lose her job really being ****** like that this is 2000 2270 to be done as soon as possible

Staff was lovely and hotel was above average. Rooms are no longer cleaned daily, which is perfectly fine, but we asked a few times for towels or to have garbages emptied and it was never done. Not a deal breaker, but it was not very busy there.

This hotel did not miss. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is clean from the lobby to the room. Service was top notch even going above and beyond making sure I had decaf coffee.

My stay was good, the staff was amazing hotel was nice and clean breakfast was great! My only complaint would be the rooms it’s very loud you can hear the people walking in the room above us. It’s like living on the ground floor of an apartment and having noisy upstairs neighbors. Other than that me and my husband enjoyed ourselves. The outside area was nice too !

A brand new hotel. All attendants were very friendly, room very clean and comfortable, slept well, breakfast was very good-would stay there again.

We enjoyed a quiet sleep after a local concert and a really nice breakfast the next morning. They had a nice selection of food and drinks. I would definitely stay again. Very clean too.

This hotel was awesome last time we stayed there. This time not so much. The room was still big and comfortable like before, but it seemed that housekeeping only partially cleaned. There were only 2 towels, the ice bucket still had standing water in it with no liner. Also there were no coffee pods at all. When we settled into the room, we discovered no tv remote. The frong desk gladly obliged, but if someone had attended to the room earliercthis could have been prevented.
The room did seem clean andcthe bed was comfortable. We will come again due to the
convenient location but hope better next time.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and we found the hot breakfast to be amazing! Definitely recommend, it exceeded our expectations.
