We checked into the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 102 Carolina Point Parkway in Greenville on Saturday, June 15th for one night. One of us awoke in the middle of the night after feeling something crawling across our face and neck. We got up and turned on the lights to discover there were bed bugs crawling on our pillows, and literally eating us alive. We caught several of them and placed them in a coffee cup from the room. We contacted the front desk, and promptly brought them one of the bed bugs. The front desk woman gave us the name and contact information for the supervisor of the hotel. We contacted the supervisor, Mike Guarino, and provided photos, videos, and a detailed explanation of what we experienced. We had trouble sleeping the rest of the night for obvious reasons. It was a disgusting and uncomfortable situation. Apparently hotel management could not have cared any less, as we received no response, no communication, no apology, no interest whatsoever in our awful experience in their hotel. There are a lot of hotels and lodging options in the area. Choose a place to spend your hard earned money that cares about their guests and that is not infested with blood sucking bed bugs.

Room preference was not honored (diamond member). Additionally. my room smelled like smoke and something awful they used to try and cover it up. I had to dry clean/wash everything I had with me as well as fumigate my suitcase. Horrible experience.

This hotel was great and the staff was amazing. Due to a major soccer function the room we requested (1 bedroom suite) was not available so we got a 1 bedroom studio. This room was perfect. It was spacious and clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated. When I went down for breakfast there was about 20 hungry soccer players ready to eat. The staff handled everything wonderfully. I will definitely keep this location in mind the next time we are in the area!

Every room is a suite and feels like home. Breakfast was good but was over at 9:00 AM and they were strict about it. Early when you are on vacation. Housekeeping staff changed out our towel after 2 days, which was nice. Parking lot was full during our visit and sometimes had to park on the other side of the building. Handicapped parking was far from entrance.

This hotel is a bit run down, rooms need a facelift. Looks old and outdated, strange smells in the room. paint chipping, heat control cover fell or the wall. Needs some upkeep. Disappointing for a Hilton usually they are much nicer and upgraded.

Everything was perfect, from the check in, the amazing staff, the great breakfast and the smooth check out. The staff was very attentive and kind. The breakfast selection was great!! Highly recommended!

The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh with everything you need while in an hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone; you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely stay at Homewood Suites hotel.

Clean room, efficient staff, well stocked sundry store, and plentiful breakfasts daily. We use this as a one week plus overnight stay location during holidays when visiting family because of the convenience of location. We return to this property even with adjacent Hilton properties because of the comfort it affords our family.

Room was fresh and clean and fully stocked. They must be renovating as the corridor was freshly painted and had a new paint smell. The clerk at check in was cheerful and personable. Overall great stay.
