The entire place is Filthy, crawling with roaches, communal areas are not clean daily, dust, dirt and food scraps all over kitchen floors and benches. Shirting boards and tile top on kitchen bench with months of dirt/dust Laundry piled high with sheets & towels, communal lounge downstairs is like a laundry room with a commercial linen press and piles of scrunched sheets waiting ironing. Beds rock hard, bathroom not clean needs a blood good scrub, mould & soap scum.. Sheets on bed stained with body fluids (linen is not being commercially laundered) which is disgusting as vulnerable hospital patients stay here regularly and cleanliness/hygiene is important! We wont be staying here again , mor will we recommend it to anyone! Gave a rating of one due to fact location is good for hospital access.
