Greeted promptly at reception, afternoon tea in progress in beautiful lobby area looked very nice but neither of us are “tea fans”. Walking distance to large shopping area and on-site restaurant is wonderful (take a wrap for the A/C though)! Room and amenities first class. Will stay again when in Greensboro

Had a wonderful two night stay. The staff was so attentive, the bed was the most comfortable of all of the hotels we have stayed in. Food at Green Valley Grill was delicious. Will always stay at this hotel when in the area. would be hard to stay anywhere else.

This was our second visit to the O and we truly enjoyed our time there. Everything about the hotel is first class including the staff, room, and restaurant. We can't wait to go back and try the afternoon tea next time. Our dinner at the Green Valley Grill restaurant was delicious.

A perfect combination of service, quality, and delivery. I’ve been staying at the OHenry for over 10 years and it just keeps getting better. The service is unparalleled, the food excellent and the bar, well, in a class by itself. The only suggestion I might make it invest in some decent coffee makers for the rooms. Other than that, don’t change a thing and keep making what you have even better!

Our one night at the O.Henry Hotel was outstanding. The hotel has a spacious and beautiful sitting area adjacent to the lobby. The staff was welcoming and supportive. Our room was delightful - large and very comfortable. The Green Valley Grill is connected to the hotel and offers excellent dining and in-room service. We highly recommend the O.Henry Hotel.

A pleasant surprise here. One of the best hotel experiences in a while. The staff was very service oriented, a traditional Southern charm type hotel. Very clean, classic appearance. The on-site restaurant is quite good (separate review), we were lucky to stay the night they had a live jazz band (performs in the over-sized lobby) - talented group, very much a dress up date night for hotel guests and locals. We were a bit skeptical/curios on this one…..but no need for that. Highly recommended. Pls let me know if this is helpful.

I travel between 10-15 times a year for personal and business and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel! From check-in to check-out the staff goes above and beyond in every single interaction. The property is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate. The onsite restaurant has great food and drinks at very reasonable prices. I am already looking forward to my next visit in May.

We only stayed one night, but it was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, from budget to luxury, and this hotel rates at the very top. From the friendly and competent staff to the nice size room and very clean bathroom, this is a hotel you want to stay in. The lively restaurant has a great menu and reasonable prices and parking is free. Hope to be back soon!

After eating in the attached restaurant I walked down the hall to take a look at the O. Henry Hotel. I was met by a very professional manager and visited a room. It was a step above every hotel in Greensboro. The rooms were elegant and spotless with pleasant bathrooms and amenities. The prices and special offers made the cost competitive. Upbeat staff, afternoon tea with smiles, a great breakfast in bed and a restaurant with surprisingly low prices! This is a win-win and highly recommended.
